production，6月15号的时候那个followup加急的email给我回信说6月13号已经sent
out了，结果等了7天到21号还没收到，打电话过去找officer要tracking，他们说没有
mail out，而是发现有错给destroy了，我问啥时候能重新做卡，那人说不知道。
然后打了四五个电话，每个都转officer等一个多小时才有人接，最后有个officer说帮
我做个request，然后给了个类似加急给的那种confirmation number。然后半个小时后
状态变成了21号order production，应该这就是重新开始来一遍吧。。。
hr通知的周一过去上班参加orientation，打算过去听天由命了。。。 |
