按照网站上显示的每天审批速度 （每天50-100个case），I-140估计几年也批不完。。
processing time上显示NSC批到17年3月了，实际大多数16年底的降级申请都还没动静
呢吧？

联邦政府更换的时候部的名称换了,但机构还是一样,所以这2网站是一回事
又比如读书方面的归教育部管,原来叫DEST,后来叫一个DEEWR还是啥的,后来(现在)又叫
科技创新部,但只是域名增(改)了,初次访问的人很可能被带到莫名其妙的网页

米味道不错$28.xx/40 LB）,canola oil,baby pork ribs,salmon,eggs,organic milk,
organic soymilk,洗衣液啥的，大件买过2个木头书架，和一个herman miller的dest

成本也不同. Lenders give the Brokers rate sheet should be the same. It
depends on each individual Broker how much he/she wants to earn.
2. HUD上哪几项加加减减能算出broker赚了多少？算是给大家扫盲。
Yield Spread is the total commision Lender paid to the Broker for the loan.
It is line 802 on HUD (credit for specific interest rate chosen)

想压缩图片直接一行命令
convert -resize 25% source.jpg dest.jpg
就压缩好了就能上传mitbbs了，用不着还得打开个软件还得拖拽啥的 |

自动把那个stopover city算成你的destination
比如CKG-DOH(STOP)-BKK-DPS(DEST.)-BKK-CTU，本来这就是一个stopover一个open jaw
，North Asia到South Asia，45k roundtrip in J。但是因为DOH是中东区，需要10w
miles的roundtrip in J, 所以最后price出来就要10w |
