的。到手发现磕磕碰碰挺厉害，根本也就是7/10顶天的condition，而且根本就不是
unlock的，这点seller通信中承认了。
现在的问题是我如果file item not as described的话就没手机用了，这种情况ebay会
让seller partial refund么？跟seller提出partical refund，要么就只能item not
as described了，没有回音。 |

在ebay上买了个小白，卖家list时候说是Mint Condition，照片上也很完美（但是照片
模糊）。结果收到一看，比fair condition还差。镜头里面有明显的灰，表面磨损严重
（原先列的照片太模糊，看不清楚，而且照片只把稍微好的一面照出来，差的那面没有
显示，差别非常大）。现在联系卖家，卖家同意return，但是要我出shipping。请问这
样该如何处理？应该通过ebay file "not as described"么？需要准备什么东西？

俺一生气就拒收了
ebay过两天然后判俺输了，钱直接从paypal里扣掉了
appeal ebay， ebay说以后碰上return不能拒收
给了俺50刀慰安费，要俺自己联系病人把lcd寄给我
3天每天一个email发给他，结果石沉大海
貌似不理俺了
这种情况怎么办？打电话给ebay manager/paypal 有戏没？
有人有经验么？

shipping 一共快300刀, 受到当天buyer立刻file ”not as described”, 然后很快
寄回来一个不仅坏的，并且外观也有多处不同。最初我好言让他check还给他发照片解
释不同，但人家根本不care一口咬定就是这个.
还有办法吗？给ebay report是不是没用了？很是郁闷，不仅仅损失了大半个月的利润
，更是气愤坏人得逞 |

求cancel transaction，病人坚决不同意，后来协商加点钱卖给他一个W510（价格是我
的成本价出的，只比T510贵了75刀，而且T510是open box，W510是new in box）
寄了有2个星期，今天突然病人claim as not described，给我发信说，i7-720qm只有1
.6g，比i7-620m的3.33g差多了，多花了钱却买了性能更弱的产品。。。
本来就打算停用这个账号了，能否不理病人，让paypal先处理着，我先行把和paypal关
联的银行账户、信用卡账户关了，等电脑退回来之后，直接关掉paypal、ebay账号？
（之前被paypal黑过700刀，病人寄回来是空箱，结果判我输，这次想黑回来，不知道
是不是有点邪恶？） |

跟seller联系，说可以return，我叫他refund然后我return，他就不理我了
就去paypal开了dispute， item not as described，然后seller马上escalate to
paypal claim （我不怎么懂这到底是什么意思，escalate了有什么区别么），我收到
paypal email 说paypal 可能会联系我要些其他信息。
但是我再去我的paypal看就有一个claim要我response，叫我先吧东西寄回去，再提供
tracking，就还钱。。。
那我到底是寄东西回去还是等paypal找我要信息？

所以后来我描述邮票品相都非常细心，指纹软折干胶小纸质点都全部描述，连JT票都在
紫光灯下检查齿缘是否轻微泛黄，对很多价格稍高的邮票并且承诺如果not as
describe,
我会全额退款并且为买方支付退费，这样做的结果就是卖出的价格还没我一年前买入的价
格高。前些时候我这么亏本卖出了七八套票，包括老记特和JT, 被加拿大一个华人买走，
虽然留了好评，可是给了low rating. 对于这种想以中上品价格买绝品的傻逼，我一概
block.
我现在很少买入新中国票了，买卖都不省心，没太大意思。 |
