ple frequency，现在想再加一个sample frequency，这个descriptor应该怎么写？
根据106页的hierarch图，我是加一个altera interface吗？但是type I format的desc
riptor里面说可填写不同的sample frequency。
比较晕。。。

现在纽约的market很差，没有什么很好的公司。我面试4个，除了bloomberg废了，其他
都拿到了。bloomberg的面试太钻牛角尖了，觉得有点像孔乙己写茴香豆的茴字的四种
写法之类。
介绍几点经验吧。
1. 有的猎头非常恶心，想方设法打听你的简历交到了哪些公司，面试过哪些地方，面试问题是什么之类。不要回答。直接说，let me know what openings you have. Send me job desc, I will forward my resume to you. 不管你面试过的地方有戏没戏，都不要说。猎头拿到上述信息之后，就拼命往里面塞简历把你挤掉。
2. 被不同的猎头交重复的简历，一点问题都没有，还起到了提醒hiring manager注意你的简历的作用。猎头只顾他自己的利益，对你恐吓威胁，声称要work with you exclusively。不要上当。重复交的简历不会影响公司的面试过程。
3. 讲价技巧一定要到位。不动声色，晾他几天，让敌人留几个言，再接电话比较好。有几个offer就让对方 |

R和python是给统计系的人用的，他们不怎么会写代码，为了不影响进度让他们用一下。
其实说句心里话，他们对项目能提供的帮助很小，对模型理解也不深入。最后做产品基
本要靠SDE自己包圆建模和实现，挺失望的。
举个简单的例子，R里面的package，很多都不考虑优化，计算方法，计算精度，
比如计算一个p value，竟然不知道拟合complementary distribution，而直接用1-cdf
，给我一串0的结果。哥，这不是什么高精尖，这只是高数啊
又比如提一个模型，让给个优化方法，smo，coor desc啥的随便，竟然说不会写，崩溃
现在一听说用R的人来参与项目，我就头疼 |
