经过一番律师咨询和两天的纠结，我和未婚夫最终还是决定从了先转F2，然后再慢慢找
工作的这个最为稳妥且无GAP的做法。于是我们决定把原定于明年5月份的婚期提前到明
天，暂时先在 City Hall 结婚，典礼以后再补办。 有爸妈的支持和朋友的祝福，典礼

昨晚研究在网上 e-Filing I-539 表格，因为觉得这么做可以立刻收到receipt。但是

发帖数: 79 | 5 原来的确是是paper based的，不是电子版的。但即使是电子版的，也没法retrieve,因
为retrieve只能retrieve到most recent的I94, 其余的都只是travel history, 记录了
一个日期而已，没有附带记录上I94的号码。我用图说明一下吧：
（1）当你request最近的I94时，你可以得到：
Name ___
Date___
I94 Number ___
Port of Entry ___
等等，像一个真正的卡一样
（2）其余的：
Departure or Arrival Date Port of Entry
departure 1/1/1 AAA
arrival 2/2/2 BBB
departure 3/3/3 CCC
不论你其余的是paper based还是electronic, 都是如此。注意，其余这些，是没有I94

，或许也能帮有些虫友省些钱和时间。I-140已批，I485还在等待。
I140是请刘姥姥手下的Christina T. Le 办的，虽然准备过程很辛苦，但还是
挺顺利。个人一作19篇，总共42篇，citations ～620， review 19，一个杂志的
invited editor, 一个小杂志的 lead editor，申请时按Ph. D的 material science
and technology 来归类。值得一提的是PP。当初很纠结是同时pp，还是追加pp的问题
，因为开始惧怕同时pp被送到杀手手里。咨询刘律师，他说不存在什么杀手，分配处理
都是随机的。加上追加pp要额外收律师费100$，所以就选择同时pp。实践证明是对的，
省时省钱
。所以个人认为，无特殊杀手存在，如果case还算强，就大胆同时pp。

发帖数: 3 | 19 因工作原因，我每月至少一次去lax，每次最多10分钟就能进去，给大家普及一下经验：
1.机场有3个入口，分别是：105sepulveda北向靠右，century西向靠左，和sepulveda
南向靠右。105sepulved入口经常回堵至105和405交叉处，所以提前看google交通，选
择不堵的入口很重要。
2.不管是arrival还是departure，永远走楼下的arrival，避开楼上的departure准没错
，因为arrival的lane比departure多的多。
3.必要时抄近道。U型的正常行驶顺序是从terminal 1到7，但1和2之间有左转去7的近
道，2和3之间有左转去5的近道。 |

发帖数: 2636 | 26 在CR的十四天里，由于看鸟和行程安排，是我这辈子平均起床时间最早的十四天了。凌
晨四点起来去San Jose国际机场赶去Drake Bay的小飞机。出租车司机二话不说把我们扔
到了international departure。机场的international departure跟美国一般的机场没
什么太大区别，至少像个机场；强烈对比之下，domestic departure藏在另外一边，不
起眼像仓库，而且没开灯。天才蒙蒙亮，走过去黑乎乎的一个小停车场，正在疑惑死路
一条，忽然看到左手边一个胡同最里面一处幽暗的（暧昧的？！）灯光，一个人招呼我
们进屋check-in。一个很小的房间，乱哄哄的。国内航班机有昂贵的税费，行李超过27
磅就要付每磅1美元。加上这些hidden cost，最后的花费比机票票面价钱要贵上三分之
一。而且我们在机场没有找到寄存行李的服务。
飞机很小，有点震。据说其中一个飞行员还是实习的，两人一路谈笑风生（我睡着了）
。降落的时候一个简陋的跑道，然后飞机居然自己开off road在跑道旁边停下来。更牛
的是drake bay机场的候机室（见照片右边的棚子）。从机场 |

presentation.
deal不错,奇怪的是,在term and condition中,说必须us citizen or 绿卡才可以
participate.这个我很confuse:这个participation是time share的资格,还是买这个
package deal的资格?
如果前者, 为什么不明说,在package deal页面讲明白,只有公民or绿卡才能买这个
package,而
是藏的很深,在一般人不会看的地方?如果是前者,我买了以后,会不会hotel检查我没有
绿卡就不让我
住或者改rate?
如果是后者,我不能participate这个time sharing program,是不是我就白白享受这个
package,而不用受"教育"?那岂非更好?

在CR的十四天里，由于看鸟和行程安排，是我这辈子平均起床时间最早的十四天了。凌
晨四点起来去San Jose国际机场赶去Drake Bay的小飞机。出租车司机二话不说把我们扔
到了international departure。机场的international departure跟美国一般的机场没
什么太大区别，至少像个机场；强烈对比之下，domestic departure藏在另外一边，不
起眼像仓库，而且没开灯。天才蒙蒙亮，走过去黑乎乎的一个小停车场，正在疑惑死路
一条，忽然看到左手边一个胡同最里面一处幽暗的（暧昧的？！）灯光，一个人招呼我
们进屋check-in。一个很小的房间，乱哄哄的。国内航班机有昂贵的税费，行李超过27
磅就要付每磅1美元。加上这些hidden cost，最后的花费比机票票面价钱要贵上三分之
一 |

步履不停固然以小见大，令人回味，但是毕竟因为只有一个家庭的Scope，说是五味杂
陈，也是螺蛳壳里做道场。我觉得导演意图表现的是静水一般的平常生活下暗自涌动的
波澜，但因为风格写实而细腻，反而让人觉得过于平淡。
Departure诠视死亡的眼界比较开阔，横向说，表现了很多的家庭，不同的人生，像是
一个大拼盘。纵向说，是帅哥自己的经历作纬线，感悟的过程也是一唱三叹，层层推进。
我有时候有点犯嘀咕，有句大俗话说艺术要源自生活，高于生活。现在的写实作品似乎
只看重描述生活本身，而不再追求高于生活。我觉得那些浪漫化处理的地方，比如章子
怡在音乐中奔跑，在旷野里拉大提琴（想到钢琴课，女主在海边弹琴，虽说是因为钢琴
不暂时不便移动，但无论刮风下雨地弹也比较夸张），还有天堂电影院最后看旧片，都
应该属于艺术加工吧。
小胖爹说到解释过分，我想煽情过分的标准恐怕也要因人而异。比如有的人喜欢全天然
的步履不停，我个人就觉得步履不停有点不够劲，更喜欢有点艺术夸张的，比如饮食男
女的喜剧性。Departure这样煽情的。 |

piano的女猪是个不怎么正常滴人，而Departures的男猪虽然帅锅但到底是个正常的居
家男人，the piano是浪漫剧，相比之下Departures就比较写实，因此海边弹钢琴这样
不正常滴行为出现在一部浪漫剧里由一个非正常人实践我们是不怎么感到突兀的，而野
外拉大提琴出现在一部偏于写实的戏里由一个正常人来干就有些让人犯嘀咕。实实在在
的说，当时出现这场戏时，我也有那么一点点的不适来着（就是JJ所说目的明显而影响
叙事连贯），就是情绪稍稍有些跳（尽管剧中做了铺垫），但很快的我的情绪就被它所
营造的氛围打动，我很enjoy这个感觉，并且我不认为这是多么严重的不可原谅的错误
，好比一个人向你示好但手段稍稍露骨了些，我完全可以忽视，这并不说明我不是一个
原则性很强的人。好了，这个问题再探讨下去要S人了，woman真是麻烦。 |

发帖数: 6689 | 48 从plot range来说，Departure的确相对宏大些，而Still Walking是抓准了一个角度向
纵深挖掘。但Departure对我来说，最大的问题就是它存在败笔（先前说的那些），不
能算master piece，那我就没法把它摆到五星片的高度去和Still Walking横比。就好
比我没法对Crash那个片子严肃认真一样，虽然题材五星，但执行只做到三星，那就不
是一个水平线上的东西，根本不应该拿来横比。
浪漫化的处理方法我也不是不喜欢，比如Tetro的芭蕾，还有肖申克结尾的雷雨交加，
Brave Heart最后的Freedom等景点好莱坞浪漫瞬间，我觉得都很好。但我个人的原则是
，这些东西必须建立在情节严谨安排的基础上，不能像Departure这样哗地来一下子，
不顾前后逻辑，瞬间把人带出故事本来的情境，否则a voice at the back of my head
will say, look, the director is standing there begging for emotion. 基本上
这样一搞，我打分的话就会敲掉至少半颗星。
