这他妈啥鸟玩意儿啊，靠。
上次发文我从staples买的显示器，到达本地后UPS两周多了都没投递给我，没风没雨没
雪没冰的，大太阳天！每天都早上out for delivery，下午就改成emergency
condition beyond UPS control，连着将近两周时间，实在受不了了，要求staples追
回包裹，不要了。结果staples发出请求的当天就从GA运回了NC，第二天一大早就
delivery back to staples了！靠啊！

月以内才行，请问这个departure day本身有没有限制呢，比如订在开学前一个月有问
题么，签证时需要出示机票证明么？打电话去法国使馆，工作人员态度很差，没怎么好
好解释就挂电话了，有经验的同学帮帮忙吧。特殊原因（工作，h1b状态）不能回国签
法国而只能从美国签。
2，拿到法国学生签证以后，开学前是不是必须从法国入境而不能是别的申根国家？而
且从法国入境以后暂时也必须呆在法国不能去别的申根国家，直到办了什么resident
permit之类的东东？

-94卡还在有效期内么？非常感谢。别的都有日期，好像就F1的I-94上边找不到日期。
而且I-20第二页Arrival/Departure 上说：You do not have to turn in the I-94 if
you are visiting Canada, Mexico, or adjacent islands other than Cuba for
less than 30 days.
and I-94 said that "Student planning to reenter the U.S. within 30 days to
return to the same school, see "arrival-Departure" on page 2 of Form I-20
prior to surrendering this permit."
Confused right now. 我已经换过学校了，这个还适用么？

。但是这次因为I797到明年一月份就过期了，律师说10月份从国内回来就extend H1B，
问这种情况下，Departure Date应该怎么填？随便按一年填可以么？

发帖数: 294 | 32 最近突然发现I 94 travel history里莫名显示一条departure record 显示我已经离境
不在美国了，然而我明明没有离境。
我的I94 今年8.31就过期，已经file 了I 539 extension of stay. 上网查了一下，如
果USCIS 认为我不在美国 就会deemed abandoned，会直接拒掉。
赶紧跑去Newark 机场 CBP office改，有个officer拿了我护照 797复印好之后，说她
会把我材料给一个叫sxxxx的人。说she maybe able to or may not be able to
correct it. 然后说周一网上还没改过来，打电话给那个人，然后给了我一个电话号码
。
担心了一个周末后，上网查，还是没改过来，按那个电话打过去，居然not in service
.....于是打了好几次总机，来回几次一开始说这个人不管I 94blabla,后来终于转到那
个人，并且接了。
跟她说明情况后，她非常nice,问了我护照号。核对了一下信息，然后就把错误信息删

发帖数: 3509 | 33 797上带的I-94也是有有效期的，下方I-94的左侧那个日期就是I-94有效期，而不是
petition有效期（虽然通常是相同的），从左边也写着I-94#就可以看出来，那个日期
是对应I-94的。不知道你为什么觉得中间有条虚线左边就不是I-94了。
这个设计原来应该是这样的：你拿到797后把整个下方剪下来，然后沿着虚线一折两半
。这样大小和传统纸质I-94类似，便于和护照一起保存，且所有传统纸质I-94的信息都
在上面。出境时则沿着虚线把两半分开，右边的交给航空公司职员或加拿大移民官，用
来证明自己出境了，所以左半边说Detach This Half for Personal Records，右半边
说I-94 Departure Record。
当然现在I-94电子化了，出境时没必要交I-94 Departure Record了，也就没有人再把
下方剪下来了。但是设计仍然保留了。 |

板问我要不要去欧洲开会，是在9月。 需要AP入境美国。有没有用过AP的同学告诉我最
后批了的AP的有效日期是只有个截至日呢？还是会按填131表时写的date of intended
departure,还有个有效开始日？谢谢了。
顺便问一下有没有申过申根签证的同学，在AP批之前，用485的receipt能不能去申请？ |

LPR must present admission document upon entry to U.S. or s/he is
inadmissible. Must present special immigrant visa, green card, or re-entry
permit.
Re-try permit
a) May be issued to LPRs or CRs.
b) Apply in U.S. before departure. Departure before the decision does not
effect the validity of the document and it may be picked up at consulate or
overseas DHS offices. May be issued document duiring deportation or
exclusion proceedings withi no effect on the proceedings. |

后是否影响
OPT延期这个问题一直没有确切的答案。因此想把自己的经历给大家分享一下，也算提
供一个案例大家
借鉴一下吧。
背景：
博士毕业后在本校做薄厚，OPT 2010年1月开始，11年1月结束。
时间流程：
6月 提交了NIW的140。 因为学校已经答应办H1B. 早申请早排队
7月 学校告诉我因为prevailing wage的问题，H1B办不了了，不过他们建议我OPT延期
。虽然我非常怀
疑学校为了省H1B的申请费而故意逼我OPT延期，而且我知道140提交以后OPT延期可能会
有问题，但
是我也没有办法。我不能告诉学校我交了140，我怕ISS因为移民倾向拒绝发新的I20。
7月 提交OPT延期申请。 我在USCIS的网页上看到可以在OPT过期前任何时候申请延期
