，除非你们经常回来，或者有可以全权委托信任的人在这边。
要是自己住，就east dublin吧，我们刚在这边买的房子，10月竣工。每个家庭在买房
子的时候都有自己的主次条件，在我们budget允许的范围内，我们觉得dublin是最好的
选择啦。你们要是能把budget加到50万以上，选择应该会更多一些，可以考虑lot小一
些的全新sfh了（比如sorrento里dr horton在盖的arrivare小区，看到他们8/30刚卖的
一个，$525k, 1765sqft, 3bd/3.5bth）
dublin ranch的high density区包括the terrace，the village那边的趴车一直是个大
问题，现在kb和charter在那边把原来要建商业区的一块地又改成high density住宅了
（据说300多户签的抗议书但是dublin city council还是不顾反对给批了）以后趴车问
题会更大。千万千万不要买一片不带车库的房子。 |

的开发商用这个来吸引买家。现在rezone成high density residential了，不是bmr。
（不过也有可能有一些%会是bmr units，dublin新建小区基本都有些bmr的要求，象我
们小区，101户，20家的floor plan要求有in-law unit，就是带厨房厕所的卧室，这是
市政府要求的，指望owner出租给低收入的，但是没有一家出租的，就当个master
suite带厨房在用。positano所有的小区都有这个要求，但真正出租给低收入的几乎没
有）
右边那一片是已经建好的dublin ranch the grove的未来phase用地，the grove本来就
是mix的high density住宅，过去几年已经建好一半都住了很多人了，完全建成后一共
有930 units，大概一半是affordable units,一半市场价卖。这一半affordable units

三个蛋[0,1]平均分布，density functions f(x)=1, f(y)=1, f(z)=1.
要求的是条件概率 (x>z | x>y) = (x>z and x>y)/(x>y)
三个蛋互相independent，所以联合 density function 如下，
f(x,y)=f(x)*f(y)=1, f(x,y,z)=f(x)*f(y)*f(z)=1
(x>y) = double integral: f(x,y)dydx, y from 0 to x, x from 0 to 1 = 1/2
(x>y and x>z) = triple integral: f(x,y,z)dzdydx, z from 0 to x, y from 0 to x, x

density as Gold, and should be cheaper since each light bulb contains
probably a fraction of grams. It seems to be the only non-exotic metal equal
to or heavier than gold. It will be very difficult to tell from density if
you get a fake coin which is gold plated tungsten.
However, given the extremely high melting point of tungsten (4000K), I don't

any sense. higher pixel density requires weaker low pass filter. If pixel

所以D800 vs D7000是同样的像素密度。
有D800用户反映机子需要经常上脚架，有人不解，认为D7000以同样的像素密度，
也没有需要经常上脚架。
我想过这个问题，就是pixel level sharpness是否完全决定于pixel density。
设想一下，如果我们做一块象大楼一样大的 sensor给一位巨人使用，像素密度和
D800的相同，假设巨型镜头的解析力一样，他能得到非常 sharp的图像吗？
结论是很难，因为相机在拍摄的期间是会震动的，假设大楼sensor的中心移动
0.01毫米，大楼sensor的边缘已经移动了好几个毫米，甚至好几个厘米了，而
在这种情况下，要想在边缘上得到pixel level sharp的图像是几乎不可能的。
除非这块大sensor的像素点非常大，比方说一个几平方厘米大的像素点，移动
个几毫米对每个像素点的感光不造成影响。
同样的道理，在拍摄中sensor的轻微移动，对图像的damage，在同样像素密

至于第一个问题，完全取决于你对于“总体噪声”怎么定义的，没啥可讨论的。
如果你说“总体是指” total(SNR) / pixel count 的话，那么如果总体不变，per
pixel的也不变，因为这就是"per pixel"呀。
aps－c于FF根本无法决定噪音的，真正决定噪音的是pixel density。同样工艺下50MP
的FF噪声肯定比10MP的APS－C大，Canon自己都说了，5Ds的noise level跟7DII一个水
平，因为这俩货pixel density几乎一样呀，而且又是同一时期的产物。

南京大学张辰宇教授重大发现 “剑指”转基因食物安全(图)
在九月出版的《细胞研究》(Cell research)的一篇研究中，南京大学张辰宇教授课题
组展示了一项非常令人惊奇的发现——植物的微小核糖核酸（microRNA）可以通过日常
食物摄 取的方式进入人体血液和组织器官。并且，一旦进入体内，它们将通过调控人
体内靶基因表达的方式影响人体的生理功能，进而发挥生物学作用。该研究证明植物微
小核糖核酸可能是食物中的“第七种营养成分”（其他六种分别是水、蛋白质、脂肪
酸、碳水化合物、维他命和稀有元素）。
