不管他的$1.5是否正确，每$1的government spending, 至少可以得到$1的GDP增长。
所以当debt/GDP ratio超过100%，政府无论花多少钱，都可以保证debt/GDP ratio不会
上涨。或者说government spending 不会导致debt/GDP ratio上涨。如果上涨则是
private sector的错。
所以在新的debt/GDP ratio 标准下面，政府可以任意花钱。 |

而且希腊的问题就在于, 不能自由的印.

dem基本上都是自己吃饱全家不饿的, 要么lgbt, 要么丁克, 要么管生不管养, 在他们
能看到的future内, 政府无限spending确实没什么大问题.
