一路测试啊,QC啊都通过了,
今天正式上线,客户部门也很满意。。
后来一个客户部门的小兵,发了ticket给IT支持部门,
IT支持部门也没搞明白,转发到我这里。
我一看,当场笑抽了。。。
所有的item没有delte功能,
也许你们觉得不好笑,但是我真心笑抽了。。
这么一大堆人,从开发到测试,到QC,到评估,居然都没发现。。。

the way she delt with him was REALLY mean and not mature. How can she slap
somebody on the face in front of others and then ask people "is he angry at

I wonder if the "MM" is just taking advantage of the GG, cause he can help her
on her study. She still want to enjoy the ways the GG treat her but not to
take any responsibilities ...

shoulder injuries. The gold standard of shoulder for me is the sample pics
fitforfun posted. A clearly defined triangle in delt. Another painfully

gain some muscle mass. |

前面受伤了,往后的动作还是可以做的。
比如练背部的动作,肱三头的动作基本都没问题。
练胸部几乎都没法做,只有臂屈伸dip觉得不疼。
肱二头没法做,bicep curl也会用到front delt。
你得试试看肩膀的后部有没有受伤。 |

front squatting but when doing power cleans. I often get dizzy after I
finish the last rep and walk forward a few meters to rack the bar. I

价值的。
昨天读了后,不觉有点跃跃欲试。毕竟好久没做这种训练了,不知身体反应如何。于是
,晚上就干开了。
热身后,先用135lb做了一组10个深蹲。然后马上用225lb做了一组10个。本来想继续向
275进军,但考虑到接下来的10x10,有点虚,就罢了。
休息3分钟后,就开始了10x10. 用的重量为175lb。
由于刚做过225lb,175lb顿时觉得很轻松。前3轮似乎不费吹灰之力。组间之间的间隔
大概为1.5分钟,是这样安排的,做完深蹲后,放下杠铃,马上到旁边的器械上做同样
一组10个反向飞鸟,反正闲着也是闲着。做完飞鸟后,喘口气,再做深蹲,如此循环。
做完5轮后,身体开始有反应,主要是腿酸,呼吸有些紧。接下来,每一轮身体都会觉
得更stress一些。到了第8轮,由于乳酸来不及排出,大腿开始发软。奇怪的是,虽然
如此,一旦做起来,深蹲的form和质量却仍能保持,可能是用轻重量的缘故,只是做完
后的反应很软。就这样,一直到了第10轮,完事后,两脚如踩着棉花,那种平时腿部训

形。其次如果体重较大,是要不了这么重就能看起来很好的。如果是健美训练的,即使
看看最近15年的奥林匹亚先生训练视频,除了罗尼用很大重量(指相对于他300多磅的
体重还很重的重量)训练以外,其他的如Jay,Phil他们press的重量比体重也不是很大
。Phil第一次奥赛冠军2010年的时候斯密斯架(注意不是free weight)每边115磅
overhead press也只八下力竭而已,算成1rm大约285-300磅(看smith空杆算多少),
比他非赛季体重275磅稍多一点,但是他们的Delt都像头那么大,所以远不用那么大的
重量都可以练得不错。关键要动作刺激到位,当然太轻也没太多效果。 |

边的RESTING ARM SIZE,降到可怜的9.5寸/24.3cm了.........我手腕只有14.2cm,肩上
体脂低的令人发指.....勉强能捏起来一点皮..........
放松以后,各种面条臂,各种瘦骨嶙峋,纯粹安慰下"哎呀,肌肉女!"的感慨.....我努力了
一年,才如此而已....... |

what a surprise, get suck out twice. Going on tilt and buy-in another $150.
Either delt all garbage hand or my hand never hold up once. $150 all gone.

联系delta改签机票,但是差价太高>$3000, 就重新买了张UA的单程回美国。现在打电
话给delta要回程的refund,他们说refund只能用于beijing->seatle, 并且还必须在1
年之内用掉,对我来说这等于是没有用处的。
大家有没有这方面要refund credit经验? |
