昨天最后一天，一个月吃素正式结束鸟~~~然后我被我自己的毅力华丽丽的感动死鸟~~~
哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈
总结一下：
我属于无肉不欢，由于是被迫吃素，除了怕被雷劈以外没有什么动力，所以总觉得自己
受了莫大的苦啊，lol，所以吃上除了种类外量上就米有限制。比起平时，每天要吃很
多carb才能不饿，连原来不爱吃的中国店的米饭都能吃一大碗。。。。为了照顾蛋白质
的摄入，每天尽量鸡蛋、牛奶
豆腐或豆子至少吃两样，蔬菜吃的明显比以前多。。。吃素者一个月运动很不到位，一
周大姨妈，一周大姨妈前懒惰综合症，一周天天下班的时候下大雨，基本上只有一周的
运动量是正常的。
体重：刚开始吃素的时候降了两磅，然后一直很稳定。。。无论吃多少，运动多少。如
果要是以减肥为目的的吃素的话，控制一下carb，配合一下运动，我脚的还是没什么问
题的
皮肤：这个真不好，自己看起来都觉得憔悴，脸上居然开始长了几个痘
身体状况：容易累，容易困，估计跟carb吃多有关系，嘴巴里长水泡。。。。

玫瑰的香味有很多种，你说的那个香味我估计是fruit一类的，这类在日用品中用得最
多。你想要这个味道的玫瑰，就找这类香型的就行了，例如这些：
mr.lincoln （deep red)
double delight (cream and red)
William Shakespeare 2000 (purple)
honey perfume ( yellow)
perfume delight ( deep pink)
Scentimental (white and red)

发帖数: 27645 | 15 花的整株形状和品种也有很大关系，有的品种天生枝叶就长得平衡，整齐，有的就不行
。这也是aars评审的一个标准。就两个著名品种double delight 和 Mr.Lincoln 来讲
，double delight的整株形状比林肯强，林肯容易长得高，且参差不齐，leggy。
所以说选好的品种很重要！ |

选了两个，double delight 和 lincoln。
回来一查，这个double delight评价那么好，香的很。
想今天再去进两棵，谁知道去了就剩下最后一颗了，
记得昨天确实还有很多。拿回家跟昨天的比，寒碜了许多，
昨天的又高大，花苞又多，今天的这个象个baby，sigh
没办法，就挑了一个europeana，也是剩最后一颗了。
其他的oklahoma，first prize剩一下大片，zone7的，
根本都不适合我们这里种，骗人的这不是。 |

？旁边的DOUBLE DELIGHT都开了两拨了，也是今年种的。这棵DA好像是属于floribunda
，就是一支上面有好几个花头的那种，一共四支，每支上有5-6个花苞，我是不是需要
把花苞减少一点啊？
第二问，关于这个double delight，很兴旺地开了两拨之后，我发现没有后继的花苞了
。按理说DD应该是一直可以开到秋天的啊。是不是我剪枝剪的不对？我就按照找到第一
组5个一组的叶子上面剪的。不过后来发现我留的似乎比1/4"稍微长了一点，这有很大
关系吗？
我在土里埋了棒棒状的那种给玫瑰专用的肥料，还是我施肥施的不够？会有施肥过度的
危险吗？

perfume delight，都是大家普遍说好香的，我买了以后也觉得很不错，如果有地方还

有许多重担它们的本身并不是罪，但是会叫基督人分心，变成他们长进的障碍
。其中最有害的是灰心。灰心实在是一个曳我们往下的重担。
以色列人不得进入应许之地的原因就是发怨言；民数记十四章二十九、三十节
明明告诉我们：「凡….向我发怨言的，必不得进我起誓应许叫你们住的那地。」一点
点鸣不平的欲望，一点点不知足的欲望，常会造成叛逆大罪。所以我们永远不当让我们
自己有一点点自由来疑惑上帝在凡事上对我们的慈爱和信实。
我们怎样抵挡别的罪，也当照样抵挡疑惑；当我们坚拒疑惑的时候，圣灵会来
帮助我们，赐给我们得胜的信心。
我们顶容易流入疑惑，怀抱不平，猜想上帝已经弃绝我们，我们的盼望行将破
产….让我们拒绝这一切思想，因为它们的目的是要叫我们失望。让我们拒绝一切叫我
