首先把delay效果的混音比（mix ratio）降低，比如降到15%左右。这个参数是delay效果音的输出电平。如果mix ratio=100%，原始的信号就没有输出了。
其次MX400提供了几种delay，其中studio delay里有个“ducker”，其实就是个
compressor，但是它是在delay的feedback之前做压缩（这很关键）。把ducker的tigger threshold设到一个比较合适的水平，比如-45db，那么输入信号大于-45db时就会有一个6db的衰减，相当于1:2的压缩吧。
在tape delay里没有ducker的效果，在同样的mix ratio下音头就比studio delay要明显。不过通过调小mix ratio已经改善很多了。 |

本确定了为什外国人（F1/J1/H1B，绿卡）买枪会被delay。
网上原来说delay的首要原因一般是你和某个罪犯重名，其实我觉得这个可能性比较小
，因为跟你重名，重生日，身高体重的罪犯实在太少了，如果是美国人叫Mark Brown这
种大俗名是有可能的。
但是外国人被delay一般不是这个原因，那是什么呢，请听我慢慢解释。
背景调查的流程是dealer打电话给NICS（也有用电脑网上填表的，大店如academy好象
是电脑填表不过基本流程一样），报上自己的dealer号码，姓名，然后CSR开始惯例的
询问Form 4473上的各项问题，如果你是non-immigrant，CSR还会问dealer确定看到你
的猎证没有。这些都完事之后，CSR会adivse dealer，(1) proceed，就是可以给你枪
了 （2) denied，悲剧了，第三种也就是外国人最常见的，dealer一般会告诉你

paper 2的意思就是只要LHS+Delay都会ignore从trigger到trigger+delay之间
sensitive list的signals变化。直接在trigger+delay时间点sample的input值。
只有 RHS+Delay+always+non_blocking assignment才不会ignore变化，会把这些变化
save to a queue然后逐个sample, +delay后输出。 |

postdoc
系主任的回复是：希望明年二月份入职 原因是希望早点开始申请funding （今年下半
年）
告诉我如果真的想要delay到明年8月份入职 可以在二月份的时候过来一样让HR知道我
onboard了 之后申请no pay onleave 他会support我 而且dean也答应批准了 这样我只
需要二月份来几天就OK
我看到该系最近2年招的AP fresh phd graduate 貌似都有delay one year for
postdoc的经历 再远的我也查不到了 这也是我为什么觉得应该坚持一下negotiation的
一个原因之一
我想请教各位老师：
1. 这个结局办法合理么？ 一般针对这种delay start的情况 offer上写的晚半年 no
pay onleave 算半年 合理么？
2. 有什么需要继续确认清楚的么？ 比如我的tenure clock 是从明年二月份开始呢 还

1，set the delay time to around 300 milliseconds。（时间

you should hear one clean slapback with the same volume as the

还是第一次见到真正的tape echo, 我以为这个东西早就绝产了呢。

然后有个顾客正好在旁边，对上帝，耶稣，自由女神一起起誓，这款

你后面说的完全正确，延迟应该是有电路的特性决定的，所以synthesis的时候 #
delay是会被 design complier忽略的。
但是有些情况下，你的rtl是需要 # delay 的。
anyway，好像我们讨论的这个delay叫作inertial delay. 具体有什么含义我还是不太

1. 要的东西比较多，而且每个收据都看的非常仔细，在罗森买的一些饮料，收据掉了
就不能报了。饭店吃饭没有itemize的东西也被打回去，找到了重新报就过了。
2. 客服总体还是讲道理的，比如要出具delay原因，航空公司当时没有给出，我把PVG
那天的天气打出来给过去也算Ok了。
3. 很多收据都是日文，保险公司自己找人翻译完成花了大概一周，从递交claim到寄出
支票也就大概花了2周，还是比较速度的。
这么个大毛机会怎么能放过，先complain form填好，三周后UA赔了200刀~~
说说里程吧。回程NH920-UA78, NH920晚点导致错过UA78。因为舱位低，果断都放UA,
NH 920的也顺利进入UA, 回去查表才发现，这段放AC其实有70%， UA倒只有50% - -！
！。到了东京后，ANA改签为ANA票号，NH006-UA1178，全程Y舱 两段都可以125%累
积UA。因为当天大量人改签到NH006, 全部满仓，否则Y舱花一点点里程升J倒是个好

看。听说宝宝版祝福很灵，也来求祝福。
先说说背景，我娃38周差几天生，怀孕初期有过少量出血，但那时是因为刚开始不知道
怀孕，拎着大箱子美加中国飞来飞去还做了不少剧烈运动。出血时正好在中国，B超发
现宫腔积血，口服孕酮，躺了一个月左右。后来发现血糖有点高，没到糖尿病的程度，
就是饮食控制。在中国时，医生说宝宝头太大了，让我少吃点，到这边医生说宝宝太小
了，得每周做监测。就这样到了38周左右，没有任何先兆的胎膜早破，出生顺利，体重
6lb3oz。
出生后第7天出现黄疸，除皮肤黄外没有发现异常，早晨黄疸指数25.8，晚上开始照光
，指数27.2，曾被要求换血，但是到半夜指数下来了变成21，就继续照光到出院。出院
后一个月黄疸仍在11-13左右。其它没有异常。
因为有过这个高黄疸的问题，担心会影响神经，所以医生对宝宝的关注也比较多。
生病后三天做了脑干电测听，无异常。一个半月时再次复查无异常。

发帖数: 407 | 44 我家老大快3岁半了，现在上preschool.两岁多时发现有speech delay,此之前没有
重视，因为他都能听懂，只是说的字有限。我那个时候好担心有自闭症，好在我和医生
都排除了。后来进行language therapy,有进步。现在日常生活对话能回答，但是简单
，语言不丰富，和同龄孩子比还是差很多。因为表达能力落后，上学时有时候还咬人，
但反复和他说过后已经改正，知道在有不同观点时不能咬人，也学会一些简单表达。
虽然有speech delay，但是我们觉得情商和智商都很正常。他喜欢搭积木，变化多
样，很会玩玩具，那个language therapist说儿子very creative and smart(是个犹太
人，说话比较谨慎的）。puzzle 很会玩，一个人可以拼70张以上的图形。不到2岁半学
会游泳，还自己摸索出仰泳 。总之玩的悟性不错。
前不久想教他认字母，半个小时还是没有学会a,b,c，很沮丧，他也知道这些字母
是不同的，但是看到每个字母还是读一样的音。数数能数到10，我现在还没有勇气教他

发帖数: 534 | 45 我女儿刚满三岁，升到PRESCHOOL班一个半月了。语言无论是中文还是英文都严重DELAY。
就像你讲的，对话内容极其单调，每天想打听下学校发生的事，那就是天方夜谭。
基本对话一直停留在“好，不好，要，不要，知道了，明白了， ETC。”或者就是重复
讲我整天反复强调地话“好好吃饭，有冰淇淋吃，不好好吃饭，没有冰淇淋吃。”
只有在我受伤的时候，会问“妈妈，你怎么呢？”然后过来用小手摸摸我。
很多人说是双语环境，这点我并不认同，这边别说双话，三语的小孩子多了去了。但是
语言DELAY是大多数吗？ 至少在这个板上，语言DELAY的小孩并不多见。
我现在正在积极物色私人英文家教，这是我女儿班上老师建议的，她班上以前一个中国
小女孩请了两年家教，后来终于赶上了。
另一件事也是促使我迅速干涉的原因。我女儿很活泼，也不BOSSY。从不主动动手攻击
人，以前在小小班，她个子最高，因为年龄跨度太大（因为是18个月到36月的范围）那
些比她矮小半头的小孩我自己亲眼见过好几次，用玩具敲她头，或者用手拍打她的脸，
她都没有打回去， 因为她心里明白，他们都比她小。
