1：在本版未发现关于PIMS延误的信息，但在印度的一个网站，有很多的信息

2: PIMS是一个新规定，大概从07年11月开始。在Mexico, Canada, Taiwan都需要验证
。不知道中国大陆的情况
3：据说大部分人的信息在PIMS里有。但是一部分人没有，所以需要几天时间验证。我
周五签证，下周三拿到。
4：免除PIMS Delay的方法是 将你的 797 扫描，然后提前至少一周发给使馆，跟使馆
联系，是否已经验证PIMS. 使馆的Email在自己的网站找。
最后，多关注上面印度人的网站，有很多最新的信息。 |

It is at 7:30 in the morning on 12-9-09. My flight today is delayed for a
day. I will arrive at Shanghai at 3:05PM on 12-8-09. I don't think I will

right after 9AM when the bank opens, and then go to the consulate after that
?????

did not wait for the 140 approval notice only because of my tight schedule.

my 140 approved first which can take quite a few months, so he/she will put

就失效了，2月17号开始待业在家，看老板和学校的意思，只要新的EAD卡能尽快拿到，
还有希望回实验室接着上班。
我做了两次800电话的加急申请，均被拒（第一次被拒说背景调查还没有clear，第二次
被拒说没有提供具体的证据显示我的情况紧急），做了两次SR（第一次说还在背景调查
），最近的一次是2月10号，到现在也没有任何回复。
我想把学校的解雇信发传真到TSC，或者直接用USPS overnight mail寄到TSC去，或者
email也可以。
我搜集的信息是：

我的情况是最近安排了local office的面试，在准备材料的时候发现自己没有I-140

自己就按照网上的说明submit了一个FOIA的request向USCIS要I-140 notice.
结果今天收到短信说面试取消了，去Infopass问，Infopass的人明确说因为有一个FOIA
，本来已经到office的file居然被寄回NBC，只有等FOIA处理完了才能再安排面试。
算是个教训吧，希望对后来的人有用。 |
