倍。比如，10倍应该足够大了。
其实计算这个问题不需要知道许多理论公式，因为你是用软件包来计算的。以ABAQUS为例
，只要把网格建好，把传热过程和应力过程模拟出来就可以了。
这个问题包括两个过程(process), which are thermal process and mechanical
process. 如果两个过程分开算，就叫decoupled，合在一起算就叫coupled。coupled算起
来麻烦，一般跟decoupled也差不了多少，所以多数人都是用 decoupled model.
估计你是学heat transfer的，那么模拟thermal 过程应该没问题。模拟mechanical过程
也很简单，就事用同样的网格，把温度场当作一种load输进去就可以了。当然要注意定义
好它的材料参数，最好是 temperature dependent 的，否则算的可能差别很大。
凑巧我就是做类似东西的。有不明白的可以再问。

Besides lubrication, material selection, surface treatment and finish are

大家都知道ibuprofen是最常见的NSAID,因为太普遍，许多人都忘记了什么是最重要的
counseling point。
1）什么器官最受影响？
大家都知道最受影响的是GI upset,包括出血和溃疡。还有一个是肾功能，别忘了advil
主要通过肾脏排出，对于肾功能损伤，高血压的病人，要非常谨慎。对于正常血压的使
用者，ibuprofen也有可能提高血压。最后是——心血管！有心血管历史的病人还是用
tylenol吧。
2）小孩子几个月才能开始用？用多少？
至少6个月大。按体重计算,5-10mg/kg为一个剂量，最多4次。
3）消炎和止痛的剂量各为多少？
消炎：2400-3200mg qd
止痛：1200-1600mg qd

子打4个剂量的 polio vaccine。下面是 Mayo clinic 的治疗方案。可以看出来是没有
药物的。
Because no cure for polio exists, the focus is on increasing comfort,
speeding recovery and preventing complications. Supportive treatments
include:
Bed rest
Pain relievers（any NSAIDs)
Portable ventilators to assist breathing
Moderate exercise (physical therapy) to prevent deformity and loss of muscle
