background的，以前没用过，实验室也没人做，所以连order 老鼠都不是很确定。我查
了一下Jackson lab，似乎找到了class II deficient： http://jaxmice.jax.org/strain/003584.html，但是class I deficient （B2M-/-?)的好像都是cryopreserved的？有熟悉的大大可以指导一下哪个是吗？上面那个class II deficient的找对了吗？

per se, and it seems also controversial how to treat it.

i think you meant the level of 25 hydroxy vit D level is low,
level between 20 to 30 is insufficiency, below 20 is deficiency, don't ask
me the difference, i think it's purely nomenclature,
it is a disease state, and can be treated,
does your family member lives in cold climate with long winters? or he/she
doesn't have much vit D intake? or maybe has underlying absorption problems
like crohn's disease, celiac disease? more details would be helpful, |

D3 is good, you will need 1000 units a day and takes about 3 months or so to
bring up your level, it's better than D2 form,
just curious why they did a vit D deficiency screening since it's not
routinely done, |

发帖数: 154 | 23 朋友在国内，小孩是3月底出生的，是个女孩。刚出生的时候血液检查发现C4值偏高，
然后在月子里又检测了2次，在3个月的时候又检测了一次，这4次检测的值分别为：1.2
，0.94，0.7，0.95，标准线是不应该超过0.6。现在基本确认为是SCAD deficiency。
小孩其他都比较正常，现在体重12斤，翻身很利落，不嗜睡，但血糖比较偏低，而且令
朋友很担心的是最近3周重量一点也没有增加。
现在朋友比较关心的是有没有什么预防措施防止这个病的爆发？国内医生给的建议是不
能饿。但国内对这个疾病的研究也只有5年，美国这边研究的时间要长一点。想问问大
家知不知道可以联系什么地方进行详细咨询？有哪个医生是这方面的大牛？有没有这方
面的家长愿意互相交流一下？如果有必要的话朋友也愿意带小孩来美国看一下。

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
