。请问换好护照了，如何把i94 日期改到 i797的日期去？
我记得如果地时候好像cbp official 说可以去cbp local office 弄，但也有人说重新
入境。另外人在弯曲，可以去cbp office的话是不是去三番城的 deferral inspection
office比较好。 |

I131被拒原因是说我在12/4/2017离境，但我并没有离境，我的most recent i94显示我
进入美国是11/6/2017，学校给我证明我12/4和12/5在美国。我去cbp deferral office
问，得知有一个和我同名同姓同生日但是不同护照号码的人在11/24/2017进入美国，12
/4/2017离开美国。但是officer没法修改我的travel history。找了SR两次，还没正面
结果。
现在我的选择有：

ticket。你这种情况最差的结果是去courthouse认罪然后交钱，我不确定是否会put
point in your license.理论上超速如果是mandatory appearance的话你也没办法去争
辩改变什么，因为警察有radar，至于安全座椅我不了解。 不过如果你滞留美国时间长
，可以申请一下Deferral Program，这个长远利益比较符合driver，我身边有朋友超速
或者其他可能设计put point的是这么干的。
去courthouse之前准备好，尤其是语言，别去了什么都说不清挺郁闷的。

的律师放心，官方语言么，当然不知道这个mary的英语水平如何。
你觉得认罚后果太严重就搞。比如有人去年6月一个月内得到4张罚单，要扣九分，就找
了律师辩护，现在除了还有两张在 in deferrals，都没事。你认罚上课好像少减3分，

收入暂时不需要缴税，折旧掉了，但是你房子的COST BASIS变低，出售的时候会变成
GAIN，需要RECAPTURE，这部分的税率好像是固定的２５％。
折旧通常来说是划算的，除非你目前的税率非常低，比如说15%档的，否则，你每年节
省下来的税用来投资，30年下来非常可观。
而且投资房还可以ＥＸＣＨＡＮＧＥ，这个ＴＡＸ ＤＥＦＥＲＲＲＡＬ可以延迟下去

1. TAX deferral
这个税现在交和未来交差多了，因为未来交，你100%的钱在投资，现在交，就只有60%
在投资了，你算一下就知道了。简单说，你缴税的那一部分钱，暂时不交，可以继续生
利，你如果交了，就无法生利了。
2.possible better tax rate
如果你现在在33%的税率里面，将来RECAP只有25%啊。 |
