2） 对车祸， 如果对方（plaintiff）找了律师要你赔personal injury， 由你的保险
公司代表你来defendant。你的保险公司会指派一个自己的律师来defend 你自己找的律
师不能defend 对方告你。同样你的保险公司不管你的personal injury。 你自己的
personal injury由你自己的律师来负责。你自己的律师代表你作为plaintiff 起诉对
方。
3）所以我这个案子， 对方找了个律师告我赔personal injury， 由我保险公司的律师
来defend。 我自己找的告对方，要赔personal injury， 由对方的保险公司律师来

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court cleared the way Wednesday for same-sex
marriages to resume in California as the justices, in a procedural ruling,
turned away the defenders of Proposition 8.
Chief Justice John Roberts, speaking for the 5-4 majority, said the private
sponsors of Prop. 8 did not have legal standing to appeal after the ballot
measure was struck down by a federal judge in San Francisco.

Here is my takes on JLin, Coach Smart, and the Warriors.
Coach Smart
His number one priority is to win and be competitive or he will be gone
after this season. He realizes that Jeremy Lin was Joe Lacob's (majority
owner) personal choice. It's for Smart's benefit that Jeremy develops.
However, Smart is not going to risk losing to develop Lin. That doesn't make

. Pippen D up 1-3 and always took the toughest assignment. And he didn't
need to defend out of position because his teammates couldn't do an adequate
job.
Kobe has been defending PP in 4th quarter in 08 finals, defending Melo in
4th quarter in 09 WCF.Defending Westbrook and Rondo last year. And now he
takes CP3.
