有個關於401K的問題想請教大家。我先生本來在公司的401K裡面貸款5萬買房子，今年
初出於疏忽沒有注意到一月份到3月份有幾張paycheck沒有足夠的錢還每個月401Kloan
的貸款。他們公司是包給Fedelity來管理401K，Fedelity就與4月份判定他的401K home
loan為default，那剩下的25，000為early withdrawal。 然後他發現以後和他公司的
HR商量是否可以overwrite這個決定， 但是被告訴不可以，結果就是剩下的25，000變
成了early withdrawal. 再然後他就立即把這些錢都補還給了401K。現在才發覺這樣也
不對。因為這25，000本來已經算做自己拿出來的錢，就不應該在放回401K了。否則要
被收3次稅。有兩個問題：

TEXT field):
If you use VC++'s ODBC, TEXT column is mapped to RFX_TEXT.
And it takes a default nMaxLength of 255 (you can check the
prototype of RFX_TEXT in afxdb.h). Just supply your length
to overwrite the default value. |

但是从其他应用程序启动browser的时候，经常不是启动firefox，而是IE/Maxthon，
比如我的MSN Messenger如果检测到有新的email，点击启动的是IE/Maxthon，
我的google gadget，news，我点击阅览，启动的也是IE/Maxthon，
我希望启动的是firefox，请问这个在哪里改？是在regedit里吗？怎么改？谢谢。 |

然后就不断的收到什么破产法庭的通知． 因为觉得没啥，以为只是那一两千不给了，
所以没在意． 后来我就搬家了， 到了另外一个洲， 就没再收到了．可今天突然收
到法庭的信，还附了一个什么律师的complaint, 意思是说让我把前面他们第一次付给
我的钱void掉.
这我就不明白了，当初付的是我的劳动费用，为什么还要往回要？我怎么才能set
aside the default之后再argue呢？
