现在的loan付了一年多了，想refi，问了一下现在做loan的credit union，说是可以不
需要refi，做loan rate modification就可以了。还是按原来的15年期限，不是重新15
年。rate调低到3.25%，但是花1000块钱的loan rate modification fee。好处是不需
要做refi的一大推paper work和closing cost，只要填一下loan rate modification表
就可以了。
问一下，这个1000块钱跟no point no cost的refi比值得吗？现在refi no point no
cost15年fix能做的到3.25吗？其他地方看到今天多是3.375. |

Deepwater Activity" are the ones getting canceled, then the other hard hit

ATPG can least afford it.

recover losses from the drop in the company's stock price following the
worst oil spill in U.S. history, Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli said on
Wednesday.
New York's Common Retirement Fund has a long history of serving as the lead
plaintiff in shareholder lawsuits. DiNapoli said the fund owned more than 19

LONDON (AP) -- BP shares fell sharply in London Friday following the company
's announcement that the cost of responding to the Gulf of Mexico oil leak
has risen to $2.35 billion.
The share price dipped as low as 296.6 pence ($4.42) during morning trading,
an 8.9 percent drop.
That took the shares well below half of the 655 pence price on April 20, the
day an explosion killed 11 workers on the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig.
