的td被吹没了 变成了飞狗
这个很难定义受没受影响 你可以说我听见哨了stop playing了 也可以说没听见 继续
打 谁知道你真的听没听见 双方都可以互相指责 扯皮起来就没完了
所以还是按规则 开球前吹哨就是死球 之后发生什么都无效 谁也别占便宜

的结果来。
所以会让主教练选择，是否接受判犯规。
举个例子：如果3档没打成，进攻方又犯规，要罚5-10码repeat 3rd down，这时大部分
都会选择DECLINE PENALTY。 |
