而赚了？
类似狮子的fg，也是，false start反而赚了，可以重新踢，反败为胜．为什么防守方

发帖数: 1978 | 8 大蓝这么一讲就很清楚了。我理解的判决原则基本上是这样：
先看进攻犯规，进攻方的 pre-snap 犯规
或者 moment-of-snap 犯规(我自创的一个词)，
处理上是不同的：
O1：pre-snap 犯规，如 false start &delay of game，
那么立刻吹停，算no play。
既然是 no play，防守方当然不会 decline。
O2：moment-of-snap 犯规，如illegal shift, illegal formation等等，
可以立刻吹停，算no play。
也可以让此后进攻继续发展(扔旗但不吹哨)，结束之后，防守方根据情况，
可以 accept，算 no play；
也可以 decline，算一个 play；
总之相当于防守方的 free play。
再看防守方的 offside 犯规，
不涉及那种“越线又回来，改邪归正”的情况(这不算犯规)，
只涉及确确实实的 offside 犯规(比如对方有了反应动作)，
这种在处理上也会考虑是否发生于进攻方“几乎就要”snap：

can, however, decline the YARDAGE of the penalty.
比较多的例子是3rd down false start，按play的结果是4th down，但实际是罚五码重

要买CDW的，而且那东西在租车合同上写的清清楚楚，自己找着合同仔细看看再说。
本人分析，你租车的时候“decline" 了 CDW 了，你自己又没有车（当然就没有车保险
了）或者没有把自己的车的保险转到租的车上，或者你自己的保险也没有保 collision
，而且你想当然的认为AE会自动管你租的车的保险（AE好象有个什么租车专门的保险，
二十来块钱一次,你不买这玩意儿AE可能就不管了），所以你一旦 "decline" CDW, 自
己没有保险，又没有买AE的保险，这不就搞成你什么保险都没有啦？明白？

1400刀（包含工时80刀每小时和误工100刀每天）我去AMEX claim（用AMEX delta租的
车）他们回信说我没有decline CDW不给赔，
我是真的想不起来当时怎么填写的rental agreement可是现在面临的是enterprise和
AMEX都不给管，我一个人全陪，真心伤不起5555555，穷学生一个，好不容易租辆车结
果赔这么多，真心请教大哥们怎么办啊，现在脑子都乱了555555555555 |

己的车险，那么信用卡的secondary自动变成primary
另外，即使楼主有自己的车险，也可以跟amex发生关系，amex作为secondary付自己车
险的deductible

当然，前提是Decline了CDW，amex才会负责，不过如果没有decline cdw，那租车公司
应该负责啊。 |
