以前也有人问过关于这个一模一样的几句话。觉得有可能是想说If your appearance
is mandatory才you are not eligible for
a Trial by Declaration，但是打的语法不好，漏了“and”和多了个句号。（但是其
实这样也是错的。就算arraignment的appearance是mandatory，trial也可以是by
written declaration的。）
反正你不用管就是了。

1）notice一开始两句话有点迷糊。 do not 'x' an option if you are making a
full payment. place an 'x' in one of the boxes only if you are paying for
that option. 这两句话矛盾的啊，还是这个full payment有其它意思？
2）两个option，一个是court trail，另一个是trial by declaration，这个是不是就
是Trial by Written Declaration？我想走这个的话是不是就check这个，然后再支票
上写not guilty就行？
3）这个大概要多久会有回信？怕来不及due date了，过了due date好像可以申请
extension，对Trial by Written Declaration也有效么？ |

果Trial by Written Declaration输了还可以重新上庭，跟一开始没有区别。
你选什么样的trial跟你怎么方式plead是两码事。无论你做Trial by Written
Declaration或直接上庭，你都可以亲自去法庭plead not guilty，或通过邮件plead
not guilty。
如果通过邮件plead not guilty，要提前起码5天寄出。 |

今天收到了一个Amended Declaration Certificate。
在前面的certificate里面，total premium是267.29，和agent里那里划debit卡是一致
的。
今天收到的这个Amended Declaration Certificate，同一个保险period，保险号什么
都一样，但是total premium变成了309.72。
怎么回事啊？难道要charge me more？ |

“Your (homeowner real estate document package) and your Declaration of
Homestead will be sent to you in about 25 working days. Your package will
include your blank ready to use Grant Deed, and Quitclaim Deed and a fully
prepared Declaration of Homestead. Declaration of Homestead is not required,
it is only there for your protection if you choose to have one".

function declaration的意义在于你可以先声明了有这个函数然后后面再写这个函数的
具体code，这样代码的结构可以更清晰。
可是variable declaration有什么用呢？
比如来如下一句：
extern int x;
如果x是在其他文件里面定义的，那这句话倒是有用，
可是如果x是在同一个文件里定义的，那还得在后面某个地方再来一句int x;来定义这
个x
还不如就在这里一起给定义了，费那事干吗？
按照Thinking in C++上说的
It can mean the definition is external to the file, or that the definition
occurs later in the file.
这后一种情况，有什么存在的必要么？ |

但是没法jump到自己新建的pakcage
比如在abc/eee/test.go文件里，

"abc/ddd/job"

"abc/lib/log"
"strings"
)
像flag, 或者strings package的function,用 Jump to Declaration就能看到定义了，
但是自己新建的/job, sql, log package里的function, Jump to Declaration就无效
了。
是不是liteIDE 什么地方设置需要改一下？

a "mm" or a "dd" without declaring them.
Is what you want a "real" mm?
If yes, you have to declare her. Otherwise, you don't.
In C, you have to declare everything beforehand

回事，没有交过钱，是不会有什么declaration page的，只可能有quote。
一般买房，只要在closing前买定homeowner ins就行了，一般underwriting的时候可以
只提交 quote。
不过，在pre-approval阶段要这些属于故弄玄虚。建议找被人开pre-approval letter
，晾着这个lender。 |
