又收到另外两封，都说状态是“decision".下面是后一封“decision"的信。有人知道

email. 15号收到welcome letter。
16号又收到email，状态从card production 变成了post decision.
有人知道什么原因吗？还有多久会收到卡？会不会有变数啊，网上查了一下，出现这种
情况的好像都等了很久才收到卡，不知道是不是这样。

eb1b的通过率一直高达90%以上，也就是说只有10%的人被拒。最近在看uscis的
administrative decision，这都是被拒后又上诉的最后结论，大部分还是被拒，所以
这些人应该属于那10%里面的，可是如果以这些作为背景最差的10%，很难想象10%到20%
那个percentile里的人真的会满足uscis在administrative decision里面的要求。
不知大家怎么看这件事，难道就是有的人比较挑剔，有的人放水？ |

看到网上这么多人报绿，就随便查了下email,发现485的状态从initial review 变成
decision，并说60天内寄到绿卡。看来USCIS在突击处理过节攒下的case.
Timeline:
10/23/2011 NSC收到材料
12/02/2011 EAD/AP卡收到
12/16/2011 FP
01/06/2012 485 Decision

8th Oct,2015, online status查到， 有一份notice被post office return to USCIS.
然后再网上e-request了一份copy. 结果一个月了还没收到回复。
上周去了infoPass, 把情况说了一下。我说我很担心是 evidence of Request,因为我
12月初就要回国一个月，我担心是让我补材料，而我急着回国怕耽误了时间收不到而错
过了。然后那个人说，你的case在 in front of "Final Decision". 我问他，这个
notice一般是what kind of notice。他说，他不知道。
最后他问我，他说， 你打指纹了吗？我说去年这时候打了，整整一年。他说，我再给
你约个时间，明天早上吧，你再打一次。我说，行。上周就又打了一次指纹。到现在还
没任何动静。online status还是有一份notice被post office return to USCIS.
请问，
1.这个 in front of "Final Decision"是怎么个状态？能说明什么情形吗？

10月20日收到RFE，
11月02日从中国回来
11月08日自己回的RFE，主要是EVL，employment history等
11月15日收到notice，是decision状态。
但是到uscis的网站上，看到后面还有2个步骤：post decision activity 和card/Docu
ment product。
这是表明绿了吗？ |

我觉得我的case在朝着越来越诡异的方向奔去。先是不知道为啥在收到combo card之后
又被要求打指纹。然后上个星期打了之后今天我去给USCIS打电话想check一下status，
他们说他们看不到指纹的status但是说看到我的case被从NBC转回Nebraska to make
decision.他们说没看到任何有关interview的事情。
于是我就晕了。。。 这是什么意思呢？难道还可以不用interview？还是因为打第二次
指纹所以他们那边搞晕了又给我多转了一次，然后过一阵还要再转回NBC schedule
interview? 而且我的体检因为当时怀孕是incomplete的，难道make decision之前不需
要rfe medical么？
