我们07大潮时交的. 07年7月1日早上把材料寄出,中午又说排期没了, 俺担心材料会被
退回, 当日
下午跑去邮局把申请捞回来了. 结果没多久又说排期current, 重新寄出, 9月份拿到收
据.
RD后就一直等不到FP通知, 其间做过多次SR, 去过一次INFOPASS, 均无结果.
09年3月决定申请一分EAD, 我去做EAD FP时问ASC的主管为何485FP 通知总也不来. 该
主管很
nice, 帮我查了查, 现场给做了485的FP. 我回去后立即叫上LD, 回到ASC也给做了
485FP (LD
是485主申请人,没申请EAD).
09年6月有LUD,然后就没动静了.

02/27/2011, 但是状态还是initial review. 不知道更新LUD后USCIS会不会有什么
decision,
比如RFE,approved什么的?
因为我的联系地址填的是我一个朋友的地址,他们一家上周回国了,要3月底才能回来.如
果有信件寄到的
话我也没法知道是什么内容. |

status online since then. I even haven't got approval notice, because they
sent to the old address. I called them and was told that it might take 14
days to get it...

then it is back to Decision, it means they are working on your form I-485
the 2nd CARD PRODUCTION, means really making the card
