On the other hand, a few days ago, I read the list of 40 richest Taiwanese
again. (I read news before but did not go to Forbes.com to read the list.) I
was thinking: If I were in Taiwan, maybe the list may include ME. A few
people on the list, I had heard of them and in particular, their parents (
now deceased). when reading the list, I was thinking, "These people don't
have as much as I."

候，已经依法设立登记并且符合行政院规定标准."
(1) The plain language says that if charity giving is to 财团法人--and 财团
法人 only--the 财团法人 has to be established before the giver dies. In
other words, once a person dies, Taiwan does not allow the heir(s) to
establish a brand new 财团法人 just to receive money from the deceased. The
reason, presumably, is Taiwan considers that act a tax evasion.
This interpretation is supported by the text of the estate law of Taiwan.

我从去年六月懵懵懂懂地来到这个版上，问了JWE无数问题，现在他叫我做点关于HR3012的事情，我当然一口答应，何况这个项目将会帮助PD是2009下半年到2010年年初的EB2早日拿卡，帮助2010年下半年到2012的EB2早日递交I-485呢！
至于EB3,现在应该看到85%的数字太高，参院已经有人出手。有人估计最后能以75%过关，有人估计最后能以60%过关，有人估计更低。如果EB3有能人，可以算一个对EB3C利益最大化的数字，我们一起放在项目里。如果没有人算，我们就用老猪下面跟帖里面说的50%。这个数字将能够有效卡住EB3I，帮助EB3C排期大进。

2. to allow more facts to surface.
