第一个testlet 24个选择题，比较容易，很开心，心想肯定没问题了，可做到后来心理
就没底了。后面2个testlet的选择题，感觉问题都比较绕，就像以前网上的一个朋友提
过，一看就立马排除出2个选项，但是剩下的2个答案，就难确定了。
至于重点，professional responsibilites, contract, sale肯定是我考到的重点，
感觉每隔几题就出现一次，搞得我很头大。也许是我这个方面复习的不够仔细，所以感
觉比较头疼。
其次，AMT，federal securities act，entity basis, S corp, gain on
distributions, and estate。 我没有考到 bankruptcy, debtor/creditor
relationship, agency, insurance.
我用的是wiley的书，full time 工作，复习时间3个星期。复习时的重点都放在
corporation, partnership, and property transfer 上去了。
想到的就这么多 |

全没考到：claim personal exemption,tax credits,for or from AGI, negotiation
, tenancy, distribution of debtor's estate 等等。反而考了很多什么时候要填表
，什么情况该罚款。有5、6道选择题是BECKER中根本没提到的内容，还有3、4个是
homework 里的内容，没认真看过。回家对书，发现都蒙错了。SIM就像楼主说的每一个
TAB的内容都不一样，各不相关，而且全要自己计算、填数，如果不熟练，很容易蒙了
。感觉自己完了，又要被人笑话了。 |

题目难度：我觉得Reg的题目是那种简单的就特别基础，考概念，计算也非常简单，但
是难题就是我顶多只能把选项控制在2个以内琢磨半天还是无法确定的那种，需要深度
理解，并且你从书上和题库中是找不到答案的，这种选择占的比例大概是每个testlet
里有3-5个。自己做题感觉第3个testlet的难度还是比前面大的。
SIM是偏难偏细节一点，尤其碰到某一项需要多种情况具体分析的。
我考了：
1. M1&M2调整，这个简单，并且内容少，只有tax exempt interest和life insurance
需要调；
2. 某些item对shareholder tax basis和AAA的影响，偏难；
3. Research，关于debtor的bankruptcy estate的一些什么东西，我找了很久，貌似
也没找到确定的。说到这里，我觉得如果有当月window的同学提供了详细的research题
，我建议大家提前找一下，因为比较集中，这次一起考的小伙伴考到了2天前其他人JJ
里一模一样的research题；

Originally from Taiwan, I live in Boston. Not a lawyer, I am familiar with
bankruptcy law (part of federal law), as my debtor declared bankruptcy. But
small-claim courts are all about state laws; not knowing which state you are
in, I can't help.
You are a layperson, so basically you are wrong about everything.

除了operation,liquidity, market & credit, 还应该至少加上model risk. 不过
Basel Accord只是覆盖了operational, credit & market. 新近的Basel 2.5有一些
measure试图cover部分的liquidity risk, 不过非常的limited.
Credit risk主要是defautlt risk和credit spread risk, 当然后者也可以归属为
market risk. 此外， settlement risk也是一种credit risk.
Counterparty risk 只是credit risk的一部分， 主要是涉及derivative contracts的
双方。对bank来说，很大一部分credit risk来自traditional credit products (TCP)

spy puts被bid up说明股民紧张。如果不是information trader，知道我们不知道的情
况，那么可能也不一定咋样。我现在没有工具，虽然可以眼睛看，但有时间会做一个对
spy puts spike volume(特别是那种主动交易买在ask上的)扫描的工具，就比较方面客
观了。
今天的selloff并不意外，早晨initial claims, 希腊debt deal, mortgage settlement
出来，一般觉得利好暂时出尽了，月底的annual budget与payroll tax bill多少也是
有点不确定，所以profit taking是比较自然的。
