的，也没法设置pin。打卡后面的电话，没有设置pin的选项。你打chase gift
card 的电话，会告诉你说这卡不是chase的！
这种卡特别suck，大额尤其麻烦。小额如果想弄成现金，可以用evolve money 来
付账，比如我的天然气帐号只接受银行帐号支付（用信用卡支付附加费用很高），
但用evolve money和那种卡也可以支付，没有额外费用。而且可以将卡一次用光。
大额就不那么走运了。我有一张350块的，试图一次在cvs里面用CREDIT方式用掉，
居然失败了。然后想用Amazon Payments 搞出来算了，结果无论是debit （no
pin)还是credit都失败了，一次搞$350，$349,$345, $340都失败了。用evolve
money 来搞，$345, $340之类都失败。网上查看帐号，满满地还是350块，没有
任何hold之类。拿到本地的Chase银行，找熟悉的小妹来搞cash advance，hold了

以前Symantec Nortion的rebate非常的reliable而且很快，现在差点了，不过还行，但
有一点不好，就是大部分的rebate发的是Symantec Debit Card，而不是check了。
顾名思义，它是debit card，但是却不能cash back，所以不要想买$1.00的东西，剩下
的balance要cash back.Atm不能取款。
它的使用就当作是visa卡使用好了，基本没什么区别（就是说收visa的地方就可以用）
，就是最后剩了几毛可能比较烦.不过应该可以打电话去把剩余的几个卡的balance合并
到一张卡上。我就是寄丢了2张.直接打电话让他们直接把balance输入的一张以前有的
卡上(应该是同一个人的才可以，他们问地址，电话的)。
这张卡可以网上使用，可以pay 电话费（至少是verizon，会hold $1.00)
另外，这种卡半年就开始收费，应该是1年过期。
