about 5 ~ 7 business days for your to receive the debit card after the

扣了29.95刀，还有海外的transaction fee，很明显我从来没到过这个网站，而且最近
几个月都没用过debit card了，那是为什么会被盗用呢？能向银行dispute把钱要回吗
？需要申请换账号吗？

想了解的是
this debit card used for purchase，foreign transaction fee
毕竟待在美国刷卡刷习惯了，可以刷卡purchase就不用取现金了
所以在考虑一张卡no foreign transaction fee for purchase
这张debit没有fee最好，有的话我考虑申请一张capital one cc，只知道这个没有 |

1。 还是手机费，直接给帐户信息，从帐户直接付钱，显示“ACHBILLPAYMENT”，这个
符合上面的“ACH AUTOMATIC PAYMENT”吗？
2。 用debit card付手机费， 帐户里显示“PA”，这个是不是就算debit card
purchase了？

LONDON ”的pending debit （早上都没有），40多块钱，可我最近几天没用这卡，卡
也一直在钱包里。赶紧打电话去银行，结果说是debit card的网上消费，来自
LATINAMERICANCUPID.COM,可我之前听都没听说过这个网站。
现在银行已近把我的卡作废了，那个收费得等post后再调查。银行说可能是以前网购时
信息被盗了，我差了一下所有的记录，只有一个4月份的amazon.com和一个8月份的
ecallchina是网购，这样看来可能是ecallchina有问题了。
记得很久以前看过不要用debit card网购的提示，结果出了事才想起来。当时网购的时
候怎么就没想起来呢，唉！ |

Brokerage的debit card要求有5000的minimum balance？不知道这个我没申请会不会自

发帖数: 2904 | 26 你要花个上万的，1%就厉害了，花个几百1k美元的，1%也可以忽略了。fidelity不错，
他的debit card是visa，境外取现返还atm fee，credit card是AmeX，不收foreign
transaction。这两卡我都有，在加拿大刷，汇率还不错。只是AmeX接受的地方不多，
用debit card取现付现金的时候多一些。
另外嫌fidelity没听过的话，就用citi boa的debit card取现吧，前提是你去的地方他
们都cover。或者刷免境外手续费的信用卡。不过好多小地方不要信用卡，还是付现金
是王道。
你去看看travel版FAQ吧。有一个是写的旅游用卡问题。

最近一个月发现CCU的利息没拿到，打客服一问原来Paypal的debit transaction都算作
PIN based了，而他们一定要non-pin based的才算。问题是我从来没有提供过什么PIN
给Paypal，它怎么就自说自话安装PIN transaction来算了呢？
再仔细看银行账单，凡是transaction description里面出现“2211 North First S
San Jose CAUS”字样的都算PIN-based。
然后又换了两个别的捐款网站，貌似用monthly repeated捐款option的就算作PIN-
based，这个怎么破？ |
