今天发生的事情完全出乎意料。
早上，seller那边说不能完成在closing前打扫后院的工作，因为没钱了。
我让我的agent告诉seller, 卖家的两个人高马大的儿子可以帮她打扫。并强调，合同
上是有规定的，如果不打扫，我们有权不close.
结果，意想不到的事情发生了，我的agent立刻指责我们企图walk away，并拒绝再为我
们工作。天下真是无奇不有呀。
还有一周close. 我被我这个agent愣给气笑了，这不是耍赖吗？

第二天，Realtor向我们道歉，并建议我们再去看一下房子，然后再做决定。想想快
close, 换agent麻烦，她说的也有道理，就同意了。周日去看了房子，院子自然还是乱
七八糟的。屋子里面基本清空了。只是看起来感觉差了很多。后来，仔细一查，发现不
少东西不见了。

I have dealt with so many case, I have never heard a case that was agreed

In my previous case, the upstairs neighbor had leak and the water penetrated
from the ceiling of my unit. We contacted the HOA president, who also
included the condo property management company. The HOA president went to
upper unit and investigated, and found out it's their HVAC unit leaking. The
HOA had the property management company repair the leak, redo the ceiling
of our unit, and blow dried the carpet. The HOA/property management company
then dealt with my neighbor for the payment. |

fact that your left tube may not be patent shall not make you infertile.
Hydronephrosis is 肾积水; it has nothing to do with fertility. This is
something dealt with by urologists or nephrologists but not OB doctors.
Depending on your age, 9-10 month active trial without success should
trigger more thorough workup. Maybe your PCP can give you better
recommendations for reproduction endocrinologists.

is how we dealt with her reflux:
- Small but frequent feedings
- Hold the baby upright as long as possible
- Let baby sleep on her tummy; I know that back sleeping is recommended but
sleeping on tummy is the only position that she can sleep without reflux
- Lift the head of the crib to 30 degree
I did not gave my baby medication because I didn't feel comfortable with it.

teachers too. how do they usually cope with behavior problems? if they're
running out of ideas after just talking to your kid, I'd guess they never
dealt with such problems before, that's a sign of inexperience.

LZ's son dealt with the bully by giving back bad languages, and the result

pleasant. I want my son to know that he can always count on his parents. As
for later, I would rather him running straight to mommy than being bullied

that teenage driving is notoriously dangerous, and they're easily peer
pressured into doing "cool" things. we also know that "good students" aren't

them to be very patient to listen to something that they don't understand.
However, I think language is only one factor that can be dealt with. For
example, you can hire a tutor to give your son some basic language lessons.
It'll be helpful.
With the language barrier broken, it'll be personal character that matter
then. |
