DCAP do not roll over, but you are asking if u can still apply for Child

- Both parents work full time
- File jointly
- Choose this plan during previous year's enrollment period.
If you missed this, then just claim child care credit.
DCAP: Dependent Care Assistance Program, funding is considered FSA (will
lose it you don't use).

不过你要是想研究一下，就看看turbo tax生成的form 2441。
那里有讲怎么算这个credit。
我印象里如果你放了3000FSA就没有credit了。
所以下一年能放满5000 DCAP FSA还是要放满的好。 |

现在你是中间改DCAP的数目。
我们公司Payroll是把这个新的数字除以今年剩下的paycheck数。
所以到年底一定会够5000。
明年就从头算5000了。

在里面，用于Daycare之类的。
但是要求是Spouse must be employed or seeking employment.
这个seeking emplyment怎么算？老婆是打算明年找工作，但是谁知道能不能找到。

一般有FSA/DCAP的公司都不是太小的小公司了。
