.76,-0.11,-1.11%)化工集团公司全资子公司国际石油勘探开发公司与加拿大Daylight
能源公司签署协议，将以每股10.08加元收购Daylight能源公司100%股份，收购对价约
为22亿加元（新浪财经注：约合135亿人民币）。该交易尚需得到Daylight股东大会的
批准及中国政府和加拿大政府的监管审批。
中石化表示，此次收购进一步拓展了在加拿大的油气业务，是一次互利双赢的合作
，公司将充分利用Daylight现有的管理、技术和人力资源，推进Daylight公司业务的快
速发展。
中国石化(6.90,-0.03,-0.43%)国际石油勘探开发公司是中石化的全资子公司，负

fisished daylight basement，有质量较好的除湿机。老人觉得地下室夏天这会儿比较
凉爽，自己有自己完全的空间，半夜倒时差还可以起来看看电视，吃点东西什么的，很
是自由不怕打扰到小小孩和上班的大人。
但是不知道久住地下室会不会对身体有问题，比如关节炎啥的？老人是很想去住，每天
念经似的讲n遍，不过为了保险起见还是问问先。谢谢！ |

被duplicated，现在还得把他们一一找出来，删掉。恶！！！

Photo Gallery uses timezones. Repro scenario for the WLPG product team:

娃去住，肯定睡得好。

According to this,
2,700–3,300 K is Incandescent lamps while 5000k is the standard
daylight for CFL.

活动总算比较顺利的完成，虽然有诸多遗憾，比如由于筹备工作的延迟，导致宣传覆盖
面不够，来的华人明显多于非华裔，观众座椅数量不够，导致很多观众站着看节目，节
目单上对庙会部分没做大力宣传，煮粽子的锅应该再多一个，害得观众排队等吃，在展
位布局上也不甚完美，等等。如果未来还有类似活动，我很愿意和主办者分享这些经验
教训，尽力搞得更好些，以免辜负了sponsor的慷慨解囊和志愿者的无私奉献。
好在大部分观众和我一样，并非完美主义者，这次活动天上没下刀子，演员没放鸽子，
观众给足了面子，连我们用来筹款购买手工材料的荷包都卖得不错（还是没能全部
cover，好在还有图书馆的budget），所以我很想找个没人的地方偷偷大笑三声~~~

我们买到房子了。其实还在contingency阶段，不过想上来update一下赞赞daylight.
Daylight做我们的agent两个多月，我们真是明白了为什么这么多人公开的回帖或私下
的发信向我们推荐她！:)
像我原帖中说的，我们第一次买房没经验，所以什么都不懂，问题特别多（或根本不知
道什么时候该问些什么问题）. Daylight特别敬业，特别细心和耐心帮我们解释，帮我
们和seller,seller agent还有lender什么的来来回回的交流交涉。不管是晚上还是周
末，只要我们有需要她都会在那儿帮我们（不是说我们期望daylight不论周末晚上都工
作，只是她真的是从来都是急我们之所急，让我们很信赖和敬佩）。
所以谢谢大家的推荐。我们也以亲身经历赞同，有daylight这样的好buyer agent，让
找房子的经历也轻松和放心的多！ |

Fred Cox hopes it's for the last time.
A bill he's drafting for the 2016 legislative session would exempt Utah from
Daylight Saving Time.
"I honestly think there's enough support to do it," Cox, R-West Valley City,

Under his bill, Utah would join Arizona and Hawaii in no longer observing
