date是2月6日同一天
结果刚刷新状态，发现状态还是ap，但是update date变成2月26日了，大家遇到过这种

上面写了一个priority date，是我之前公司sponsor的EB2的priority date。
这里有两个问题：
1）EB1-A 140也有PD的么？不是一直都Current的么？
2）这里显示了之前EB2的PD是否表明已经和公司之前file的485已经link上了？（我的
雇主在去年年中的时候帮我提交了485，当时是按照EB2提交的。之后我在自己申请EB1-
A的时候在表格里填写了我提交485时候的A number,还有当时485的receipt number,还
有之前eb2的 receipt number）.

ＮIW可以马上可以交，ＥB1要等２～３个月．
问题：NIW交了通常要４～６个月才能批准，那么NIW递交后所谓的Priority date是NIW
递交的日期还是NIW被批准的日期？这个priority date 应该是指的485的priority
date,对吧？

。H1B出现了gap， 6/2重新递上去， 结果6/2绿卡就给批了。 律师递的时候应该给查

基本要求）以及处理费用，比如CASHED 支票，全部处理完了才会发NOTICE并归档，发

Priority Dates:
11/2006 前雇主递交EB2 140，2007年初批
07/31/2007 现雇主下自找律师申请EB2-NIW，09/2009批。
485递交：
07/2007律师同时递交485，EB2-NIW和EB1B
05/2008 律师递交老婆485
主要审批过程：
。。。无音信，偶有移民局网上的日期更新，大家所谓的（soft update or LUD？）
06/2009 移民局对EB1B发RFE，律师答复后被拒。决定不apeal
09/2009 移民局对EB2-NIW发RFE，同样问题。律师答复后被批。
。。。。等待。 整个过程都不知道485到底系在哪个case
04/2010 移民局终于对我俩485同时发出RFE
05/2010 律师答复RFE，同时要求retain前雇主140下的priority date（11/2006）
。。。杳无音信。偶有移民局网上的日期更新

我的case是今年1月初initiate的，真的是举步唯艰。这整整折腾了大半年才把PERM给
file上去。这才是绿卡申请的最最初始阶段，但是已经觉得自己的耐心都给磨没有了:(
大牛们说说像我今年7月份的priority date还得纠结个几年才能轮到递485啊？

我本人renew时用的是AD.

威的条文是state department的notes(9 FAM 42.53 NOTES)，我找到的版本是11年10月
27号的，其中第五页是这样说的：

receipt倒是有这么一句话，please note that if a priority date is printed on
this notice, the priority date does not earlier retained priority date.

If a person's EB3 priority date is 01/2010 and he filed I-485 on Sep and
received by USCIS on 09/2013.
Another person's EB3 priority date is 05/2009 and he filed I-485 on Oct and
received by USCIS on 10/2013.
In this case, will the first person get his card before the second one? Does
it depend on the RD of USCIS or the PD of the I140?
