的孩子最好的，每个人的环境不同，能给自己的狗的东西也会不同。有一些是很难达到
的很难改变的。比如你住的地方小，就不得不顾虑邻居的感受，和我白天一定得去上班
去赚钱养家糊口，是一样的。所以我没有说你一定得去换个大房子如何如何，因为那是
不现实的。
可是，训练一个小狗从小开始，不去碰不应该碰的东西，把家里布置成dog proof这些
，是养狗的人最基本的任务，这是力所能及的功夫和时间。如果Danny刚来你家，正在
训练中，大家都无话可说。可是从你的前两张照片看，danny从小时候到现在，都是在
拴着，这中间这么长的时间，不知道你花了多少功夫去训练他，教他，还是就图省事把
他拴上了事。GSD都很聪明，很难想像为什么最后 Danny 还落得被拴着的结果。
如果你真喜欢他，就请花点儿功夫和时间在他身上。不是喜欢就拿来玩玩儿，没时间了
就拴在一旁。
我的态度和语气的确不好，因为我看到Danny被拴的照片很心疼他。他是不会说话的，
所以我喊出来 。好在版上大家都很和气，好好和你解释，你看看有多少人在惊诧你在
家里把Dann |

Plan和人寿保险。
529 Plan的好处是有比较高的投资回报率，像我重点关注的CollegeAdvantage 529
Savings Plan，有些偏重股票的program近3年表现能达到10%以上回报率，最高12%（根
据Morningstar.com截至今年4/30的数据）。而且529的投资收益部分可以免联邦税（
long term capital gain tax=15%）。当然，州税不能免，而且投资本金也不能抵

买买提的滔天大水， 正方反方反复争论，无不折射了北美华人对于自身和未
来的焦虑。
Lilykang痛失丈夫，3个孩子失怙，的确有困难。这种情况在古代中国，遇到
坏人，被亲族或者豪强欺凌、夺产甚至灭门都发生过。 当然在如今的美国，这方面的
顾虑不能说没有，估计不会太极端。但是孩子上下学，上辅导课，参加球赛训练等等，
由一个女人一肩承担，挑战是很大的。如果她不工作，即使每月有$4700的收入，也不
会宽裕到哪儿去。如果她工作了，时间上很难照看孩子。如果事事请人去做，花费就很
难控制了。如果在古代，这种情况多数要依附亲族生存。但是在北美，第一代移民多少
人有亲族可以依靠？

圣盖博谷2名华人以非法手段走私新车到中国被起诉，两人均已经认罪。涉案人分别是
31岁的圣盖博市(San Gabriel)居民辜孝贤(Frank, Hsiao Chien Ku，音译)及33岁西柯
维纳(West Covina)居民许晋豪(Danny, Chin Hao Hsu，音译)。
检方起诉书显示，两华裔嫌犯在2009年10月到2012年3月期间，利用虚假的文件及
姓名在新罕布夏州(New Hampshire)及其他地方购买并登记全新高级汽车，然后将汽车
运至长堤(Long Beach)港口，透过虚假文件向美国海关宣称这批全新车已经是二手车，
合法地将车辆出口到中国，从而赚取高额利润。他们受到的起诉为邮件诈欺罪（mail
fraud）和违反海关法罪（violations of US Customs Laws）。由于在新罕布夏州既没
有销售税，也没有强制要求汽车需要有保险的法律，降低了车辆的成本。不法之徒将新

这是我领导Julia 8月份的时候独立拍摄的一个婚礼。也是她今年独立拍摄的第二场婚

来的焦虑。
Lilykang痛失丈夫，3个孩子失怙，的确有困难。这种情况在古代中国，遇到
坏人，被亲族或者豪强欺凌、夺产甚至灭门都发生过。 当然在如今的美国，这方面的
顾虑不能说没有，估计不会太极端。但是孩子上下学，上辅导课，参加球赛训练等等，
由一个女人一肩承担，挑战是很大的。如果她不工作，即使每月有$4700的收入，也不
会宽裕到哪儿去。如果她工作了，时间上很难照看孩子。如果事事请人去做，花费就很
难控制了。如果在古代，这种情况多数要依附亲族生存。但是在北美，第一代移民多少
人有亲族可以依靠？

家住烈治文的26岁香港移民青年Danny（化名）整天沉溺在网络游戏里，对于出去工作
，由于屡次碰钉子，令他信心尽失。他坦言：「我也试过找工作，但就是找不到。」
他的父母往往催他找工，Danny告诉他们，已经上网提交履历，但就是没回音。为应付
父母，既然找不到工，就上学修 课，每学期只象征修2至3科，但读了2
至3年，就是拿不到学位，每天都把自己锁在房间打电脑，连朋友都是在网友。在缺乏
社交能力下，Danny连应征工作时，与主考人员完全没有眼神接触，回答问题往往需要
自问自答之后，才勉强挤出答案，这令找工难上加难。
此外，来自上海的27岁王军（化名）从小就是典型的小皇帝，父母、爷爷、奶奶宠爱得
不得了，家里凡事都以他为中心，长辈对他是有求必应。由于学习成绩不好，他自本地
一所工业学校毕业后，一度在大楼当管理员，每月能拿到2,000元左右，但是还没干到
两个月，就觉得单调乏味。
王军后来决定自己创业当老板，父母拿出了家里积蓄多年的20多万元给他创业，结果没

虽然我一直觉得Danny还不错，也一直很稳定，不过---这怎么可能？
BTW, he was too harsh to Allison tonight. Allison did great today.
我越来越喜欢Allison了，又可爱，唱得也越来越好。
Danny在让人失望的两个礼拜之后，今天是非常让人耳目一新的，simon的评价算是很中肯的。
再继续前两个礼拜的情况，我都要担心他进不了top 3了。

always fall well behind danny and adam, yet he has been safe each week, this
week his score is very close to the other two, even a bit higher than danny
, it should be a good sign, i'd bet my money on him in top 2.
adam is the one in danger the most, then danny.
