week with 1 inch of water. You may want to do more if it is really hot, or
if your soil is more sandy and it doesn't hold water well etc. Let your
grass tell you if it is time to water or not.
For new grasses, lightly water about 2 or 3 times per day (just to keep the
seeds and top soil a bit damp) until seeds have germinated and then
gradually reduce frequency while increasing watering time. |

个出风口下面有些积水。inspector说大部分的出风口都没问题，建议可以把后院的出
风口封住。。。 他说没有发现mold。

后给做成insulated drywall. 我欣然接受了，今天研究别人盖房的过程突然发现有的
房子即使是walkout basement，四面也都是浇筑的水泥墙，在水泥墙里留出门的位置。
难道这里面有什么猫腻？

我在网上看了有人这样的解释：Concrete walls, no matter what anyone else tells
you, are always damp and cold...always…in any climate and in any season.
So, it makes sense (and cents) to switch to wood as soon as the finished
grade allows.

其实我现在也不太想追究他是不是欺诈，因为看起来修的比较彻底，所以如果房子质量

买来的电容像一个空瓶子，里面没有电的。只有接上电之后，才开始储蓄电放电。它和
电池完全不一样。它的原理是，空调的风扇启动电流很大，因为风扇不动的时候，电流
会形成一个短路，会烧毁电路。加上电容之后就会Damp这个瞬时的大电流，保护电机。
按照上面的link，每五年换一次。
：这样想想，有些后怕，我当时就只能用手去拔了三个接头，还时不时用手拿着玩，真
是无知啊。

7－8次。我这个tree huger 不太喜欢这种做法。。。我认识的人中有人在用，听说还
是很好的。
布尿布一般都是用纯棉的材料或者竹子纤维做的，不能高温烘干，只能用damp dry，所
以烘不烘其实差别不大。我一般两天就洗一次尿布，估计细菌是有的，繁殖也是可能的
，但是不至于到让宝宝生病的密度。我是想过定期蒸汽消毒尿布，但是我是懒妈一个，
再想想要让宝宝跟细菌隔绝实在是太困难了（小东西一天到晚到处乱啃，什么细菌估计
都吃进去了），所以目前还没干过。 |

necessary so there is no sand or hard articles that can scratch the floor. I
mop the floor once a week with a damp towel mop.
Dyson vaccum is the best I've ever used. It sucks up everything and never
