有一件事是从头做到尾的，就定这么个目标吧。乱减肥了很多年，终于说服自己既然走
不了纤细路线那咱就走健美路线吧，体质练低点穿衣服应该也不差吧。订了个Bianchi
Impulso Dama 105，那么好看的race bike，我肿么也得练的有点型才能穿紧身裤上大
街不是？我看那街上骑racing bike的都跟体操运动员似的。于是我开始荔枝了。我开
始严格用myfitnesspal记录每天的食量，每天摄入量定在1200cal，我身高164，开始荔
枝体重127磅，目标体重110磅，不知道哪里测体脂，不然其实想订个减体脂的目标的。

当所有人都进入倒计时，买好泳装防晒霜打好行李卷儿，眼巴巴地盼着出发的当口，12
月19日一场暴雪降临了，整个美国东北部遭受了09年冬天第一场强劲的冷空气袭击，19
日几乎所有航班都取消或者delay了。。。20号一早，第一批波多围巾团员顺利启程，
但是一个落单的同学US Airway的飞机取消，只有23号才能飞。我们大部队下午到达机
场，被告知我们的Continental航班delay了4个小时，好在第二个在纽约机场转机的航
班也delay了，不知道能不能赶上。。。不管那么多了，这个时候我们已经是Desperate
痞子们，冲到纽约机场的时候，第二趟航班登机口已经关闭，然而，最最幸运的是，当
天最后一班去San Juan的飞机正好在boarding，我们冲过去standby居然大家都顺利拿
到票，乐的痞子们击掌庆祝，正所谓好事多磨啊。
当地时间凌晨2点多，我们终于到达了圣胡安！大家纷纷换上了短打扮，贪婪的享受着
热带的温暖。下了飞机我们想，怎么着也要学一些必要的西班牙语吧，至少先把男女厕
所分清楚，结果一看，女卫生间赫然写着“DAMAS”，中文翻译过来就是“大 |

考虑了几个地方，阿拉斯加，夏天凉快又是极昼，一看机票价格灰溜溜滚粗；纽约或拉
斯维加斯，想想纽约那地方虽然没有仔细玩过，还是去过的，拉斯维加斯暂时不想去，
温度都40多度了，目前又没好的特价包，冰川公园五大湖那一片好像也没有太大兴趣。
最后一看热门俗烂景点PR+VI竟然机票不贵，而且温度比德州还低点，就决定去这里了。
在几个机票网站上看了几圈，比较了去VI和PR的机票，还是去PR便宜点，再从PR花100
刀飞到VI。最便宜的票是10天来回，算算飞机耗去2天，还可以玩8天，往返票<400刀/
人，对于穷人来说还能接受。

man should be the major bread winner for the family, but as a working mom i
do contribute my salary into a joint account. And if i want to buy
expensive items, i always discuss with my LG to work on the budget. He buys
me some designer items, but just to certain extended. I personally, kind of
like our financial arragement, otherwise i will probably spend all my
salary on shopping. |
