1月20日到22日，来自全球各地的109名员工齐聚新加坡君悦酒店，参加英国气体分析仪
器公司仕富梅（Servomex）的内部会议。
期间，一个八人的舞狮团前往会场助兴，进行了5分钟左右的表演。
就在这次常规的会议结束后一周多，参会的一名马来西亚员工被确诊感染新型冠状病毒
。该男子的妹妹和岳母也被传染。
随后，与该男子曾一同用餐的两名韩国员工被确诊感染；四名新加坡员工也出现症状，
其中三人已确诊。
目前最广为人知的传染案例要数参会的英国员工沃尔什（Steve Walsh）。沃尔什离开
新加坡后前往了法国滑雪胜地，后从日内瓦乘飞机返回英国。返回英国后在当地社区参
加了瑜伽课，还去了一家酒吧。
最终，被确诊的沃尔什又传染了来自英国、法国和西班牙三国的11人。
据《联合早报》和路透社2月13日报道，新加坡政府和世界卫生组织正在对君悦酒店的
这次会议展开调查。但截至目前，依然有一个关键问题没有解决：究竟谁是造成这场国
际传染的“零号病人”。
调查人员表示，找出“零号病人”非常重要，因为只有找到传染源头才能确定传染链。

关系等罪名，周四（2月27日）被拘捕。
美国司法部官方网站周四对外公布了这起案件。公告中介绍说，涉案人名叫胡安明（音
译，Anming Hu），他是位于美国诺克斯维尔（Knoxville）的田纳西大学（University
of Tennessee）的生物医学、工程机械、航空航天系（Department of Mechanical,
Aerospace and Biomedical Engineering）副教授。
他在周四遭联邦检察官起诉而被逮捕，指控罪名是3项电信欺诈和3项虚假陈述。

F-35有一个很有名的绰号，那便是万亿美元战机。这大概是因为洛克希德马丁公司曾经
做了估计，F-35整个项目预计花费1.5万亿美金，使其成为有史以来最贵的武器系统。F
-35战机也因此被批评价格过于昂贵，不过很多人都忽视了洛马和美国国防部的预计是
完整的项目花费，及从F-35设计开始算到F-35三型2065/2070年退役为止。如此天文数
字的花费之所以从未有过，是因为在F-35之前从没有过估算任何武器系统从开始设计到
退役的全部花费。
这就好比买车的时候卖家提前估算了税款，到使用年限为止每年的养路费，每年的交通
强制险，可能的故障维修费，零配件购买费等等，毫无疑问如此计算下来价格会远超车

常人印象中战斗机飞行员都要求几乎完美的身体素质，近视眼曾然很多有志于空军的年
轻人望而止步。然而美军不仅做过近视手术的人可以靠飞行员，甚至可以带着近视眼镜
开战斗机！
最著名的就是美国空军越南战争的2号王牌Jeffrey Feinstein就是个近视眼，是F-4“
鬼怪”战斗机的前座飞行员，战争中取得过5个战果，后因为近视加重，才配近视眼镜
。但此后依然戴着近视眼镜飞了几年“鬼怪”，再往后当领导了，比如指挥E-3“望楼
”预警机参加过“海湾战争”，1996年退役。
所以，美军战斗机部队主观上不排斥近视眼镜（Eye glasses），条令上也一直允许，
而客观上飞行装具在设计上也兼容戴框架眼镜开战机，比如在飞行头盔里面戴着墨镜开
战斗机已比比皆是，接触镜(Contact lenses)更没问题。
反而对于时兴的近视角膜手术PRK/LAISK，却规定非常谨慎，根据美海军航空兵飞行员
身体标准：
1、首先为认为框架眼镜和接触镜是没问题的（NCD）

满声音相映成趣的是中国民间的一片叫好声。尽管5月25日美国又针对17日通告发出修
正指导意见，让中国民间深感失望，但就在这8天之内，国内有不少文章问世，有人“
感谢美国政府撕下的孔子学院的画皮”，还有人总结中国到海外烧钱办孔子学院有“三
大滑稽”与“三大耻辱”，没能输出一寸所谓“价值观”，反而损害了世人对孔子和中
国的认识。

中国官方自许的所谓“输出价值观”之类的目标，国人倒也知道这么艰巨的任务，仅仅

司令员全被指是“习家军”。
香港《苹果日报》10月7日报导，中共前党魁江泽民掌控军权数十年，不仅军中要员全
是其人马，其心腹郭伯雄、徐才厚更是架空江的后任胡锦涛的军权。习近平在中共十八
大上任后，先后拿下徐、郭，但这只是习近平在军队中“打虎”的开始。
截至目前，习近平已拿下了近70名军级及以上的“老虎”，其中大部分是江派人马。近

下降。随着收入减少，消费者可能削减开支，给本已脆弱的经济雪上加霜。
据美联社报导，商务部数据显示，虽然八月收入下降了0.1％，消费者支出仍成长0.2％
，比起七月份的增长0.7％，相对逊色。
IHS环球通视（IHS Global Insight）高级经济学家克里斯托弗（Chris G.
Christopher）表示，美国消费者正处于一个脆弱经济状态：高负债、低工资涨幅、就
