每日邮报」（DailyMail）报导，1本新书却宣称他死于枪击意外。
新书「梵高传」（VanGogh:TheLife，暂译）是由拉斐（StevenNaifeh）和史密斯
（GregoryWhiteSmith）两人历经十年研究调查写成，将于明天在英国上市。
梵高一生饱受焦虑和精神疾病所苦，而于1890年7月离奇去世。
传闻梵高是在法国北部的奥佛苏欧西村（Auvers-sur-Oise），用左轮手枪抵住胸
膛，开枪射伤自己，然后走了1英里求援，两天后伤重身亡。
这两位曾获普立兹奖（PulitzerPrize）的作者则宣称，握有证据可以证明梵高死
于他人之手，凶手相信是当地2名男童，凶器则是1把故障手枪。
美国哥伦比亚广播公司（CBS）报导，两名作者对世人普遍接受的传闻产生质疑，

研究人员在意大利东北部检查了7万多滴琥珀，在显微镜的帮助下发现了藏在琥珀
中的两只肉眼难以看到的微小螨虫和一只比现代果蝇还小得苍蝇。这些昆虫生活在三叠
纪，比此前发现的最古老昆虫琥珀的年份还要早1亿多年。
纽约自然历史博物馆馆长大卫·格里马尔迪(David Grimaldi)说，更古老的昆虫一

延伸工程施工工地发现三副明代棺木，棺木木质优良，均系浇浆墓，墓葬距地表都在 2
米以上。2月28日，泰州博物馆工作人员对其中两副棺木进行清理，只发现木枕、明代
服饰、陶罐、尸骨等，未出土有文字的文物。
3月1日开棺的这副棺木外层浇浆保存非常好。开棺时女尸紧缠于裹尸布、被子和衣服之
中，几乎全部浸在黄褐色的棺液里。尸体僵硬、皮肤完整，五官、毛发、睫毛等清晰可
