experienced in large scale website for very large scale data and user
population to join our team.
Expertise or skills are better in one or more of following areas:
Data/graph visualization web frame works(Flash, HTML5 Canvas or SVG based,

Based on all kinds of interaction data (mostly collected from literature,i.e
. protein-protein, protein-DNA etc).Many free databases are available for
each type of interaction data. There are also quite a few commercial ones,
like MetaCore or IPA. MetaCore has more analysis options than IPA. Just my

includes GenePattern, IGV, Genome Browser, Genomica, Galaxy and CytoScape
together to analyze your data, generate network, and visualize your network.

老板说，你们贡献都一样，都算co-first，要我怎么拍呢？
我实在不知道怎么办，就随机吧
我以为她开玩笑，结果下午进来又说了一遍。我跟另一个做分析的都沉默不语，就组里
的大姐很high的附和。
问题是，大姐一个做实验的，这个project里面没有她任何实验的贡献，做analysis吧
，她一行code都写不了，只能画画PPT，cytoscape，让她做co-first就已经够爽了，居
然还想有机会随机到我们前面去，太不要脸了
我们还有一个合作做实验的，做了所有的实验，也准备co-first。我说他就是做
leading author我也没意见，大姐还义愤填膺了好久，说那个人不能放最前面。
我理解老板不想做恶人。我也理解老板不想花钱找lab manager，把大姐当manager使，
需要给她补偿。我还理解老板很喜欢大姐拍她，特别是大姐支持老板所有的工作计划，
反正她不用自己做分析。但是这也太操蛋了。
我跟另外一个做分析的决定写一份信给老板，就说我们一致认为大姐不能放我们任何一
个人前面，大家觉得如何？

发帖数: 63 | 11 同意cooldog的观点。其实上游的分析手段都一样的，也是最快的一步。但是到基因列
表之后，bioinfomatician能做的就很有限了，我们做生物的人要查找文献、围绕自己
关注的课题对结果进行解释，这是最困难的过程。
所以建议楼主先把结果拿到，进行下游的结果分析，等你把文章发表了，可以再回头学
习上游的数据分析技术。
下游的生物学分析，你可能要用的软件和工具：cytoscape（安装ClueGO，reactome
FIs等插件）、KEGG、DAVID等。如果你用excel不能做出你想要的图，这时候你要使用R
来作图。如果你想画出你的模型示意图，应该用inkscape。 |
