fashion event开始喽。
骑车更快更远当然是我们的目标，穿着光鲜亮丽的实用价值也不可忽略。
（1）衣服更贴身，风阻更小，排汗，肌肉compression（不容易疲劳，跟红军长征打绷
带一个道理）。
（2）材料好，助于夏天排汗，冬天保暖，风大挡风
（3）裁剪好，直立的时候穿得可能不舒服，可是一骑到车上就正好，不多不少。
（4）颜色鲜艳，醒目。
只晒不奔的，必须配套，发伪币10

legs. Climbers or all around cyclists have leaner legs but definitely not
without strong muscles either.
Cycling is the best way to get rid of fat on your legs and shape/tone up
your leg muscles. Legs are what cyclists are most proud of.
But, pro cyclist does subject to the danger of losing bone mass since
cycling is not an impact sport and they spent a lot of time on bikes. For us

has anyone ever purchased those stuff from merchants from china through ebay
? how is the product quality? The listed price of those is just one half of
what we are getting in the U.S. Of course the brand is not exactly the same

上来的，估计比较准。
我一周cycle 3，4次，三个不同的老师，风格各不一样。
特别感谢下purplebasil，这个礼拜一才看了你的“闲话单车”，注意了自己的form，
所以昨天rpm第一次上130了。坐骑/站骑的节奏都跟上老师的啦。多谢多谢。
听版上的建议，在myfitnesspal建了个号，开始记录饮食运动一个礼拜了。感觉是个好

发帖数: 162 | 48 周末弄了个二手的40G鱼缸（原来里面有１０几条鱼）， 所有的substrate和decor都
被我用tap water洗了一遍 (没办法，实在太脏，需要用很多水) 原来的 Canister
filter也被拆开用dechlorinated water马马虎虎洗了一下, 另外保留了原来鱼缸里10%
的水。
现在放了三条鱼在这个缸里, 想问一下我这种情况还需要cycle吗？ (大多数硝化菌是
不是还在？)
Canister filter型号是 Fulvar 306; Filter pads后面有3个Tray，现在里面放的分别
是Fulvar的 Bio-Foam， Biomax bio ring, activated Carbon filter. 如果我不想
继续用 activated carbon, 最后一个tray里面换什么比较好？
另外加植物是不是和cycle 没有关系？ 任何时候都能加？ |
