also intend cycling as a longer term hobby, you should ALWAYS,
I repeat, ALWAYS,
get at least 2 pairs of shorts for each jersey.
Shorts wear out much much faster than the jersey. Over the years, I have
worn out at least 10 pairs of shorts, but jerseys, maybe 1 or 2.

这次去波士顿见了老队友David Deak，他06年开始玩三项，铁人最好成绩是10:04 （奥
地利 2009，亚利桑那 2010）。去年底他搬到波士顿后，因为工作和天气等等因素的限
制，他的自行车训练就几乎全是在trainer上完成的。而训练也只是每周三次，每次一
小时，每次训练都有明确的目的，跟FIRST计划非常神似，只不过跑步可能是按照心率
或者pace来的，而他的自行车训练则完全按照powermeter的输出功率来。

所了解到的资讯整理一下，供大家参考吧 ^_^
Gran Canaria是西班牙Canary Islands中的一个，好像是最大游人最多的。这个岛适合
骑车已经不是什么新鲜事，今年的Tinkoff冬训就在这个岛上进行的。隔壁的小岛
Tenerife更是Team Sky的altitude training base。据说2017年的环西就计划两个
stage在这两个岛上，当然这还只是不确信的传闻。
如果搜Gran Canaria Cycling Training Camp会出现很多结果，但我个人不是特别推荐
参加这样的camp。一是因为camp都比较贵，而在这个岛上骑车可以每天住同一个旅馆，
不像环台湾或者Jasper-Banff那样特别需要一个support vehicle每天帮你运行李去不
同的旅馆，所以不如把钱省下来环台湾哈哈哈。二是因为一般这样的camp都是连骑一周
，这个岛上基本没有平路，可能连骑七天到了后面不是每个人都能enjoy，还是自己掌
