Mandiant said Unit 61398 was believed to have "systematically stolen hundred

帮忙。有cosouring, outsouring, 或者direct assistance (比较少）。Cosoursing就
是四大的manager以下的员工跟着客户的人干，最后交的活也是客户review.
outsourcing就是四大自己有一个从上到下的团队，文件也要经历从上大下的review,以
deliverable 的形式交给客户。direct assistance 稍微复杂一些，比如EY是external
audit，DT是internal audit service provider,EY 要求客户的内审提供direct
asistance,就是跟着EY干一些low risk test,可是客户没人，得，DT的人就被派去了。
direct assistance个人感觉很不好，非常不利于员工发展，为什么，想想就知道了。

我现在上班4 年多点，title 是 信息安全工程师。 电子安全，电子取证什么的都做。
安全和电子审计的证书也都有。
请前辈们看看，我这种想法现实吗？实现起来有多困难？还有，cyber security方面的

很有意思的是，美国副总统讲完话后，美方安排了让中国副总理刘延东演讲，而没有
让本该排在刘延东前面的副总理汪洋演讲。而刘延东讲完话后，美国副总统没有多等
10分钟让其它人包括汪洋演讲完到会议结束，而是直接提前离开会场。
下面是讲话原文其中一小段翻译：
中国， 和其它亚洲国家一样，受益于稳定与繁荣。这里所说的稳定和繁荣，把话说白
了，就是自美国终结了第二次世界大战后的60年这段时间。在以后的几十年，我们将会
继续遵循这样的政策搞下去。 但是，（你们中国）不要不明白： 我们（美国）是太平
