如果和他说的这个cutoff比起来，我这个1/220挺低的，但问题是我在网上查了一溜圈
，没有这么低的cutoff. 好像1/250比较通用些。那我这个1/220 就挺高的了，而且我
的PAPP-A a lot lower than median, and HCG a lot higher than median, 这两个指
标也不好，再加上一把年纪， 现在开始担心了。。。
请问羊穿的流产概率到底是多少？网上有说1/100， 也有说1/300的，大家的医生都是
怎么说的？ 我的大夫说是1/100， 倾向于不做羊穿。
我打算等15周后的第二次唐筛结果，如果没有什么显著进步，就准备羊穿了。但是，娃
他爹死活不同意羊穿。愁。。。。。。 |

我的理解是，每个年龄有不同的cutoff，年龄越大，cutoff越高。没有仔细考证过，只
是这么想而已。
仔细想想，其实生出唐氏宝宝的概率应该很低的，看网上的资料大概是羊穿了的百分之
九十几都没事。如果要放心，还是羊穿了，羊穿的风险据我的医生说是1:300~1:400，
听医生的口气认为是很低，不过生活中也没听说过谁羊穿然后流产了。
不管是否羊穿，想开了就好些吧。我也是刚纠结了很久很久。 |

件包， 报告模型performance的时候，各种rate, sensitivity/specificity,
precision/recall, kappa等等，是不是都默认cutoff = .5 ?? 因为我没有看到哪里可

娃三岁,十月的生日,现在上preschool, 本想着再上一年pre-k,就可以上K了,忽然想到
个cut off date的问题. 要是8月31号,那我们要准备着上两年的pre-k? 那不是挺无聊
的,有办法避开这个么? 比如上两年私校,等到两年级再转过去? 当然前提是私校的

我的前方有辆车要左转。对面方向有辆18轮也要左转。于是两辆车一起左转，完全没问
题。
问题是18轮后面还跟了一辆白色的车，连转向灯都不打就直接冲过来抢道。
而由于18轮左转过程比较慢，白车挤不过去，就直接横在了我面前，把我完全地cutoff
。。。
当时我后面一辆车都没有。所以如果白车不抢道，而是等我过去再转，它也根本不会损
失任何时间，反正它一样要等18轮转好了才能转。
所以碰到白车这种傻X，除了滴它，还有什么办法？ 万一撞上了它全责么？

There are 6850 EB2C with PD of 12/31/2006 or earlier left, and 16350 EB2I.
Total is 23200.
Do we know how many unused worldwide or other EB class will be left over for
China and India to use? If it's over 23200, then the cutoff date will |

本来我们是准备让他晚一年的，可是发现他各方面都已经ready了，而且preschool的老
师这个月也把他搬到pre-K，说他ready了。所以我们还是希望能让他明年九月上
kindergarten，而不是在pre-k里呆两年。可就是差了两天，各位大虾有什么办法？
