if you compare the one dated Aug. vs. the one dated Jul., 1425 processed
for EB2C, 525 with priority date of 12/31/2005 or earlier, 900 with
priority date of 12/31/2006 or earlier.
There are 6850 EB2C with PD of 12/31/2006 or earlier left, and 16350 EB2I.
Total is 23200.
Do we know how many unused worldwide or other EB class will be left over for
China and India to use? If it's over 23200, then the cutoff date will

也提到预计的cutoff date应该是12/2006，跟你说的1/1/2007差不多
不过实际上还差得远。USCIS总是不太和逻辑。。。
