是不是home owner,然后推荐给我free的home improvement estimation啥，貌似要来人

说是对于新公司，需要把公司和个人的财产联系起来。要做一个personal
indemnification或者银行提供letter of credit。意思是如果进口的公司欠custom的
钱。bond公司会付款，但是bond公司会向公司追这个钱，追不到就向个人追。我是自己
注册的LLC，目的就是想把生意和个人分开。这样就买不了网上便宜的bond了。
还有个cargo insurance。这个保险是只保自己的货吧？liability怎么办，举个极端的
例子，如果货自燃，烧了船或者港口？ |

发帖数: 2609 | 15 新家需要上网，我们那个complex，就是comcast vs verizon vs RCN三家，后两者价格都偏高，所以还是挑了comcast。网上promotion是$29.99/mo for first 6 months for new customers，刚打电话给877-395-5388，结果变成了12个月(但要签一年合同)，但是25的installation fee没有waive掉。无线路由器据说要去store free pick up，无租费但是合同终止时要送回去，以前的At&t从来都是寄过来，也没有收回去过。
问了更便宜的，没有。Slickdeals上有人说拿到了15Mbps for $19.99 for both
NEW and existing customers，还有便宜的internet+TV bundle，打折扣，可能低于$
29.99，但最后都没找到。反正先就这样吧，不值得再折腾了。 |

作. 但也见过一个店, 老板拿着一端, 另一端让个伙计压压, 然后问有没有xx lb的力
