另外，现在的laptop，尤其是cheap的，预装一大堆没用的东西，把系统搞的很慢。尤
其是anti-virus。让他先试试删除这些免费软件吧。

能的事情！ 可想这周1投递了些包裹，其中有4，5个后来发现usps tracking里不约而
同显示“customer recall"。时间就是我投递的时间，地点就是当地邮局。 周2下午打
usps 1800电话，开了个case请求调查，至今毫无音讯。跟邮局里大叔大妈报告此事，
他们说如果我没recall，那么就是recipient recall。 但是这都是不可能的。直觉应
该是usps system error, 不过都快4天了，买家都还没有说收到东西（寄的priority,
一般2-3天到），而tracking还是一直显示“customer recall". 不知结果会如何，真
是叫人着急。。。不知有谁也遇到过这种倒霉透顶的事情，上来分享下？ |

包是counterfeit的.那个钱包是今年十月在爱马仕官方网站帮我朋友订的,现在手头有
原始收据,当初下订单时的确认邮件,还有付款的信用卡账单相对应.他寄给我是因为在
使用过程中上面的金属扣断掉了,他所在国没有爱马仕的店面,无法修理,只好寄回美国
委托我帮他修理.
第一次碰到这样的事情,是不是把上面所说的材料寄回给U.S. Customs and Border
Protection office就可以了?还用担心其他的情况么?比如美国海关说物品价值过高,需
要补交税款之类的.(他寄给我的时候价值填写的是$10)

customer的信任，对于yelp, tripadvisor, priceline之类就更是生命了。
举个例子，本来之前很信任Amazon的reviews，不过这一两年，发现fake review越来越
多(还都是"verified buyer")，典型表现就是绝大部分你review都是短短时间里井喷出
来，个个都说好。害得我现在光prime free shipping (Fulfilled by Amazon)的都信
不过了，如有可能都买seller是Amazon.com的，感觉Amazon亲自上阵卖的产品还算可靠
吧。
但另一方面，自己都是个懒人。如果一个东西好，我几乎都是不会去评论的。就是太烂
的时候，可能抱怨几句。所以很多时候，no review is good review...
好的review是可以通过算法，精英会员，还是应该坚信customer的判断力，大浪淘沙始
