用“象下饺子一样”来形容中国的造舰规模和速度，已经有十年了吧？
这个说法和这个说法带来的画面激励了无数的2b，给了他们无尽的想象和憧憬。
很多人就是靠这针鸡血维持脉搏和体温的，上瘾。
我倒不是说军方怎么样，不是这个意思，这毕竟不公平！你总不能给他根烧火棍吧？
我想说的是供货方。
那么，号称共和国大儿子的中国造船界，给海军下了一锅什么样的饺子呢？
先说一个观点，我对蛋本身一点兴趣都没有，我只关注鸡和养鸡场，不谈鸡而只谈蛋的
话，无论数量、质量，红皮的还是白皮的、单黄还是双黄的都没有意义。
20年来，算上现代化改装、外购、新建的驱逐舰和护卫舰，至少分属5级7个以上的型号
，全部加起来不超过32-35艘，由数家船厂制造。
这就是这盘已经下锅20多年的饺子。
每个人未必都包过饺子，也未必都下过饺子，但是总该吃过饺子吧？你们家吃饺子一锅

现在为什么涨这么快，主要是WTI低，不仅现在比北海原油低18刀，比墨西哥湾边的原
油也
低20刀。原因是加拿大油砂，和Bakken的页岩油都通过管道运到Cushing，而这里
炼油能力有限，这样原油供过应求，大大便宜了这一带的炼油厂，中部，西南部的小型
炼油厂都获利。通常炼一桶油赚几块钱就很好了。 |

发帖数: 812 | 30 WNR在一个niche market，你提到的这几个公司的竞争环境都不一样， VLO是最大的两
个独立炼油公司之一，炼油厂很多，东西海岸都有，所以原油的来源也分散，运营效率
也有不少差异（这个不仅和管理有关系，还和炼油厂设备的复杂度，原油的来源，区域
crack spread有关系）。比如LA, NY, GC3-2-1都是不大一样的，目前LA > GC > NY。
炼油厂的位置就决定其可以用哪个crack spread做benchmark， WNR是50%LA， 50%GC。
另外几个炼油厂都算是reginal的，区域不一样，虽然没有直接竞争（今天的电话会议
还有分析员提到了FTO，呵呵），但是不妨比较一下operating margin，看附图，WNR正
在运转的炼油厂的利润率排名很靠前。
另外，WNR的管理层一直强调El Paso炼油厂的位置，看附图，很多product pipelines。
另外WNR生产一种低硫的汽油，这种汽油的尾气排放量比一般的汽油要小，很收到加州
政府的欢迎，因为加州有smog problem。

上个月crude反弹的时候 spread widening 差不多$12-$14左右 一月份spread 一度接
近于零 有一天我记得是负的。这个月一直在收缩现在 $9-$10左右。但是在那些oil
basin 特别是Bakken之类的 可能也就 $5-$7左右。而且估计crack spread 短期还要有
下行风险 因为春天是US refiners capacity turnaround/ outage 的季节 。加上
heating oil需求下降，Cushing inventory 升高，对WTI的整体压力很大。对油价短期
是很大阻

inventory build还是很高 要是明天EIA的report 确认这个，油还是要下挫的。crack
spread 短期之内大概也不太行，US rig count 减少的速度每个礼拜也就那样了， 就
看USD的走向了。要是明天Yellen是dovish, 推迟市场加息预期，也许USD能走弱。然后
就是看看利比亚伊朗有没有什么超出预期的事件。还有寄希望于short selling
traders能cover short, take profit？估计短期之内不太可能 他们大部分人短期下
看 $30多，大概一旦crude 有一些rebound 他们更倾向于press the short. |

点之一是 US Cushing inventory (前面也解释过）。 对于世界油价和美国油价来说
现在最重要的问题是supply side。这个只有OPEC和美国是最重要的，还有一些
geopolitical的国家叙利亚伊朗这样的。OPEC明确表示近期不减产，压力都在美国减产
，inventory是confirm美国减产足够多的重要指标之一。欧洲和亚洲都不是主要产油国
它们用Brent计价，对油价的影响是在demand side。欧洲作为一个整体对Brent
demand有比较大影响 但是 德法这样单独的国家不 move the needle。
中国是亚洲主要买家 很重要。它的 crude reserve 前几年都比较低 因为Brent很贵
还有中国自己的经济不景气。它更多的是opportunistic buyer在油价相对走弱的时候
。最近几个月中国在大量买油，最近也有一些报道说中国的crude reserve 大幅上升，
也不能无限的买下去。这对Brent price是个坏消息。
