退，这个月我的又current了， 所以file了relink。 现在老公的也current了， 他的
律师催他要材料发485. 我们可以file两份吗？ 这样做有什么风险吗。工作不太稳定，
所以想是不是应该再做一遍，双保险。

另问，Processing Timeframe in TSC 是按照receive date来算的吗？ 谢谢。 |

timeline
RD 9/29/2016 （EB1 visa bulletin今年10月才重新current，但公司律师鬼使神差地
在current前就邮寄出去了，而且我还不知情直到收到了paper receipts才发现！）
Notice date 10/14/2016
Finger print date 11/07/2016
目前看着即使是提前被寄到了，收到recept，进行bio-metric appointment都一切顺利
。但是最近在网上（老美的trackit）搜索结果来看，有些人说一般提前寄到了会被退
回来，如果不退回又接受了那么将会在GC的final stage(几个月或一年后)被deny掉，
这些评论着实让我心里非常紧张。问了公司的immigration manager，说finger print
都采了，后续一切会顺利！
但由于今年貌似是eb1第一次有cutoff date，也无从考究之前案例，所以请求助本版的
朋友想听听你们的看法，或者你们有知道必须其它eb/fb category有类似情况出现过么?

VISA APPLICATIONS）一直是current的。也就是说EB1 八九两个月都可以递交485，只
不过要等到十月份A表current了以后才会批。

发帖数: 413 | 13 刚才问过律师了，他们说没有问题，说有问题会立刻退回而不是发receipt notice，他
们说从来没看到过有case被接受后在最后因为不current了又被据掉（公司用的是家比
较大的律师事务所），让我不用担心。
另外照我对和律师的沟通来理解，材料寄到了，uscis会有个签收日期，然后他们在拆
开信的那一天（一般情况不会当天收到就拆开），如果是current那么就正常处理，我
看我的notice date在10/14/2016估计他们收到一周后才拆开信。
到这个点上，我就乐观等待吧，同时希望所有本版的战友们都尽快绿！

分析一下，这个是他们的处理顺序：
0. File storage room
1. FBI fingerprints and name checks are valid
2. File was requested = case has been pulled
3. Transfer to I-485 adjudication center
3a. Currently in-transit to an adjudication officer for review
3b. Currently in-transit back to the adjudication officer for futher review
(if pre-adjudicated)
4. If 3a, awaiting assignment to an officer = In line to be assigned to an
officer

that my case has not been touched by CIS yet even if it has been pre-
approved. And a friend of mine (who shares the same PD and the same EB
category with me, and works in the same company) just got his approval
yesterday. So for my friend, it's 8-9 days. But for me, still to be
determined. It's really at the mercy of CIS. Good luck to everyone who is

然后再倒退回去几年，这个问题不大。而且现在是quarterly spill over了，只要不是
暑假set
current，也不太可能因为人手不够浪费名额 |

8月4号递交的L/C，今天律师告诉我已经收到Certified的文件了
要我提供本人和LD的各种材料，还要我们立刻去做体检，以进行下一步
我很疑惑，不是下一步先是140，要等递485时候才能加配偶和体检吗？
打电话给律师，他说EB2现在是“current"，可以同时递交140和485
还是非常confused，所以上来问问是不是EB2现在全部current了，
还是律师搞错了忘记了我是中国大陆的？ |

EB2C cases (PD before 6/1/2006) and 3350 EB2I cases(PD before 5/8/2006) are
being precessed in US overseas Consulate.
It means in Guangzhou US Consulate, there are large number of EB2C cases are
being processed. For whole FY2011 year, EB2C has only 2800 visa numbers.
We soppose USCIS process 60% of visa numbers, Guangzhou US Consulate process
40% of visa numbers, VB will move very very slow in FY2011. Guangzhou US

are actively processing this case. .....if you do not receive a decision or
other notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter, please call
us @....." 我的问题是，可不可以follow-up这个service request？
2. service request 一家人make 一个就可以了吧？

current以后再被RFE的可能性也不大吧，你们公司律师不知道是干嘛吃的，怎么感觉没
有什么回答是靠谱的
尤其是现在，很多485 case都是预处理完成的，就是等着名额批准吧。和ROW那种随时
排期current，然后递上去之后再处理4个月或者RFE的情况完全不同

EB2C会在这个财年结束前current，PD2010的EB2也能交I－485了么？然后还有多余的SO
？如果是这样，谁都没话说。
要是EB2C的排期还在2007，2008晃悠，就是不肯收2009，2010的EB2C的485。然后把SO
给EB3，这叫合法么？当然不合法。
没交485的EB2仍然是EB2，交了485的EB3，哪怕是10年前交的，仍旧是EB3，按照美国的
法律，EB3就得等EB2 全部current后，才能吃SO。 |

JUST CURIOUS，因为如果CURRENT以后，到时候批不了几个，那么到新的财政年，PD排
期肯定大幅度倒退，实际用的名额可能还是非常少，是这样的么？

Current以后， 移民局到底根据顺序什么来批文件的啊？ 总不能随机抽取的吧？？
现在计算机和应用软件这么发达， 不会移民局还是手工操作， 随即抽取吧
这个月Current的没有机会被批－－OCT 2006 之前的， 可能随后几个月大水一冲，都
更没有机会被TOUCH， 那不是2011财政年以后到十月要倒退到OCT， ２００６，
EB２真要倒退这么多就惨了。。。

无论按PD 也好，按RD批也好，现在移民局批的顺序都非常没有规则，完全是随着性子来的，totally does not make sense, (1)不尊重人权; 破坏了人人平等的原则; (2) 而且，大家也不知道，到底用了多少名额。。
因为如果这个月Current的没有机会被批－－OCT 2006 之前的，可能随后几个月大水一冲，随后下面的几个月都更没有机会被TOUCH， 这几个月里面会发生很多变故的，也许有的兄弟／姐妹可能面临着被裁员的危险， 身份彻底保... 阅读全帖 |

2007年6月的PD，我是主申请人，老婆是dependent。
140和485是2007月大潮中交的，我们都有AP和EAD。用AP回国过几次。我自己的EAD没用
。一直用的是H1B的EAD。老婆则用485的EAD一直工作。这些年一直在同一家公司工作。
家庭地址搬家换过2次。其他没有什么太多变化。工作在医疗保险行业，非高科技，高
机密行业。
现在current了，但是我的工作也在变动中。我的上司知道我申请绿卡，就悄悄透露说
我的部门可能要买掉。让我早做准备。现在我的顾虑是，我的case应该比较简单，但是
如果有ref情况就比较糟糕。因为如果有ref，很可能就正好和我公司变动的时间相同，
导致ref出问题。
我从
所以想问几个问题也做好一些准备
1） 在什么情况下会被ref？像我上面所述的情况，我想我的申请算是简单明了的。同
一家公司，同一职位，一直用AP出入境。除了搬家之外，有什么情况可能trick ref么？
