To me, I think garage delivery is the best.
Curbside attracts too many eyeballs.
In-home delivery let those guys know exactly what inside your house look
like. Unless you have to put it to up/down stairs, then don't bother
yourself, and pay extra money for In-home. |

AMTRAK的工作人员不一定可以代表航空公司执行这项工作。
另外，托运行李到了EWR还是要排队的，因为没有出BOARDING PASS就一般不能用
CURBSIDE。
反正这个火车转飞机的CODE SHARE在这个情况下基本是比较JOKE的，完全是两个几乎没
有任何INTEGRATION的CARRIER硬捏在一起卖

发帖数: 269 | 22 概括一下，就是这个网站只能订票，如果有任何cancel或是change，第一不能在网上完成，然后你就必须打电话，百分百保证至少在线等15分钟才能跟人说上话，用电脑把你的信息调出来就要再等15分钟，他们客服自己说是因为电脑慢，然后再等15分钟更新信息。而不幸的我最后被转到了orbitz，简直不敢相信我的耳朵。虽然我历经了n多个小时的磨难，结果最后到机场检票的时候，航空公司说没有我们的订票信息，我们不得不再机场现买的票。
后来我试图和他们的supervisor讲话，又给我放到等待上20多分钟，我的信心就这样崩溃了，我真的不相信他们有这样一个supervisor存在，我绝对不相信他们试图帮助解决问题。这样的一个网站连个投诉的email地址都没有，我按着客服调查给的地址发过去，居然被打回来说没有这个地址。
总之一句话，钱到了他们手里就没丁点可能再回来了，不管你坐没坐上飞机。

现房地产开发商开卖该住宅小区的地下车位，售价30万 RMB/个，50年产权。
购买后，每个车位需缴纳物业管理费150 RMB/月。
该街区地下车位租金目前为500-600 RMB/月，车多位少，
附近住户的车晚上一般除curbside parking, 还有很多停sidewalk上，

时候往往是和fellow或是resident打交道。其他在社区医院工作的朋友可以谈谈如何和
attending打交道。
首先尽量和他们成为朋友，这样你和他们consult的时候，即便有点差错他们也会原谅
你的。记得我以前和大家讲过一个脾气很坏的hem/onc fellow曾经在电话里和我大吼，
后来我在他们科轮科，我们彼此成为了朋友,在找他时脾气就变得好多了。我有时还会
找他curbside consultations。
consult前一定要想好为啥要consult?大家最烦的一句话就是my attending want me to
consult.他们常会反问你what you want me to do?当然有的时候事实就是这样，但你
最好还是要想些办法，让他们听起来你的consult make sense.实在没有办法，我会和
他们直接了当的讲清楚，他们也会理解你的苦衷。大不了被训斥几句。
consult前还要尽量做好准备工作，也就是基本的workup,比如AKI的患者，你在找 |

有不少psychiatrist已经利用telepsychiatry来看病人了。
从广义来讲，telephone (resident to attending) staffing, curbside consult 都
可以算是telemedicine的范畴。
Obamacare 要扩大coverage，降低cost, telemedicine 大有用武之地。对医生来说，
overhead少，家里办公室都能做，我觉得时间成本的节省也是非常大的benefit. 不少
州已经有专门的telemedicine license，malpractice 也cover
