600 pg/mL MCP-1, 800 pg/mL TGF-beta 1, 2 and 2 ng/mL PDGF-AA,BB.

plate for immunostaining, you have to using fibronectin or matrigel etc.
2. The split is cells/mL. K562 should be sub-cultured at 200k/mL and no
more than 1 million/mL. However, it is very hard to kill K562 cells, so
even 1.5 to 2 million cells are possible. |

来美中国人多数在那些高科技公司工作.我们这里做护士的不占多数.(非法移民除外).
我个人感觉那些公司的人多数教育背景比较高,不少很国际化.所以面对这种barrier比
起在医院工作的我们容易对付些.
东西两岸少数民族众多,其实对我们来说比较有利.可是很多州医院护士还是以白人为主
.记不清哪本书上统计:全美护士caucasian占90%+.
我个人:上学全班只我一亚洲人.其它全白.和同学除课堂外没什么有效的交流.大家兴趣
实在不同,没感觉.
工作:我所在科室除我外,全白.我的工作接近casual,又是实习生,和同事相处也是面熟,
聊起天没共同语言,很难溶进去.
所以,如果正式工作了,同事都是清一色白人的话,如果还这样,对前途还是有影响的.因
为人际关系哪都存在.如果我们形单影之,很容易被忽略.(工作在ethnic diversity的地
方应该好很多)
美国人的文化是非常aggressive的.我们中国长大的人很难也做到和他们一样的
aggrssive.
language barrier:英语再好,俚语我们是不明白的.口音也影响人和人的距离.

believe there is more choices for actual marble. for 45'' and 53'' vanity
tops, its not that heavy, you just need one more person to lift it up a few
times to install it. I have done a 48" counter-top.
Ask the granite retailer to cut it to your spec and grind it for you, which
should not cost much. Then you can just install it.

day 5的blastocyst。但是这2个都是要听医生建议的,尤其blastocyst culture,我觉
得不是自己选择的,是医生根据当时embryo的情况决定做到什么stage.这就是医生一般
在ER以后并不能马上告诉你是第三天还是第五天ET,因为要看embryo的发展情况。
价钱方面不了解。 |

子动手包馄饨。一年级大的孩子动手能力很强,有几桌20分钟内包完50个馄饨。很多孩

子馄饨之类。我们几个家长狠狠夸奖了有创意的包法。
