1.三洋微电脑控制电饭煲 60刀，可煮饭煮粥煮粗粮饭，12小时定时，定好时间下班回
家就可以吃热腾腾的米饭，相当好用。amazon上used是85刀，现价60刀，不包邮费。
2.cuisinart的咖啡机，15刀，状态见照片

Used for less than 10 times. Comes with the original box and user manual. I
also added two packs of special filters for free.

发帖数: 9065 | 32 烧透了就不粘，煎鸡蛋可以，煎鱼够呛（想起来了，用all clad煎过鱼，不沾。cuisinart还是不太行，散热太快）。如果没热透就沾得一蹋糊涂。all clad刚入手的时候心急，滴水小滚珠就开始下锅，结果那荷包蛋沾得啊。。。洗锅洗得我哭死了，一时情急·上了barkeeper's friend。当时还不知道barkeeper's friend伤不伤锅，很是忐忑。
all clad确实比cuisinart的好多了，前者是一体五层的，后者是复合底的，没法比呀。all clad的煎锅热锅快，brown很出色，但是仅此而已了，因为它不是wok，太浅了，没法炒菜，所以我觉得用途有限。 |

发帖数: 2325 | 33 以前都没注意。听人说那种不粘的带teflon的不好。查了一下， non-stick coating
teflon 需要用PFOA
nonstick coatings "could reach 700 degrees Fahrenheit in as little as 3-5
minutes, releasing 15 toxic gases and chemicals, including two carcinogens."
The release of toxic fumes from nonstick cookware is known to kill pet
birds at much lower temperatures—as low as 464 degrees Fahrenheit,
according to the EWG.
问题在于中国人炒菜多， 有时粗心导致过热。所以一旦有过过热以后我就不想用了。
还有那种rice cooker, 看上去也是那种teflon的 no-stick coating, 时间长了， 几
年下来， 看上去就有些chipping.

In terms of quality, it is pretty much at the same level of my other all-
clad pots. French made is a big plus.
Staub and Le Creuset both make good cast-iron pots and I have a number of
them at home. The Staub is better if you cook a lot in the oven. It takes

感觉这高压锅的压力卸掉的很快， 就是我不用等多久就能打开锅盖， 相反Cuisinart
我要等比较久才能开盖。
说心里话， 这InstantPot太让我失望了。不过打算试试用炖肉档做粥， 看是啥效果。 |

我还特喜欢玻璃盖，Calphalon，Sur La Table，Cuisinart。。。家里天天用，从来没
有问题过。
我要说的是，Calphalon，Sur La Table，Cuisinart。。。的不是肯定没问题，但土人
做的我肯定不放心。
