我最近负责一个project，今天（礼拜六）上production。
组里面都是老中老印
只有一个美国born女生
刚进组几个月
coding不行，给她分一点点task也总是拖拖拉拉完不成，耽误进度
我只好安排她写manual
给她schedule了两个礼拜，让她上礼拜四5pm交上来
我打算礼拜五看看，就放到production里。
结果拖到昨天下午才交上来
我随便翻了两页，就发现有十几个语法错误，居然还有typo
比如“than”统统写成“then” fuck！
气的我当场就发飙了
冲到她cubicle让她滚
人居然脸不红心不跳，看都没看我一眼，把公司磁卡往桌上一扔，
走了
昨天忙了一通宵改manual，改得差不多了
才泡杯咖啡歇口气查email，看到这个女生临晨2-3点给我发了个email
我以为是她是要公司把她的私人东西寄给她
结果打开一看，是道歉，想回公司，蛮诚恳的。
其实我也是因为这几天每天14-5个小时连轴转，脾气不好。
平时我很少对年轻人发飙的。
还有一个原因，这个女生是公司CEO的远亲。

whose culture is quite different from HP. When she was ousted, some people
